The cottage is located just a short walk to the town centre. It has an upside down plan with a double bedroom and access to the bathroom with it's roll top bath on the ground floor. Upstairs is a small lounge/ kitchen/dining area. Off the kitchen area is a loft space accessed by a ladder with further double bed (please note there is a small extra charge for this). Outside the cottage is a small seating area to enjoy a nice cold drink after a day walking in the beautiful Yorkshire dales.

It is nestled in the quiet hamlet of Thorlby, just a short distance from the market town of Skipton in the Yorkshire Dales. Come and take in the stunning views on your doorstep, watch the many garden birds visiting the feeder as you sit and have your morning coffee on the patio. The only thing you can hear is 'quiet'. The hardest thing you will have to do is decide what you want to see or do.

‘Betty’s Bothy’ is a small self-contained barn conversion, adjacent to HART Farm which offers therapeutic visits for children coping with life challenges. Ideally placed for exploring the Yorkshire Dales. In addition to the river, Gargrave is on the Leeds Liverpool Canal and the Pennine Way. There is a lock box for convenient self check in.
