Very cozy house, clean and well-kept with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Enchanting location among the rolling hills of Pisa, close to many places to visit. We will definitely be coming back to Simone's. Thanks for the hospitality.

Unfortunately, we had to leave earlier because our child got sick. There was enough room for 5 people. Check-in was easy and hassle-free. Silvia was really always available and friendly. She understood that we had to leave earlier. The surroundings are quiet and beautiful. It took us 35mins to get to Pisa. And 25 to the sea. I can highly recommend it.

We (my wife and I together with our small dog Sasha) stayed at Sandra’s house for one month. Excellent communication with Sandra; also very accommodating when we had to delay our arrival by a day. The house is located in a residential area that is very quiet and feel safe. It is easy to find a parking spot on the street in the shade of the trees. The house very comfortable, clean and as described with everything you need in the kitchen. We and our dog enjoyed the enclosed garden after a day at the near by beach or after visiting the small Tuscany towns around Quercianella. Sandra’s place is a very good staying location (pied à terre) to visit Lucca, Pisa, Livorno, Florence, Siena and San Gimignano. We highly recommend staying at Sandra's place, and in what we are concerned we definitely will return. Sandra, thank you.
