Such a pleasure to stay at Ana’s place! We didn’t want to leave. The apt is lovely—quiet, safe, and clean. The location is superb—a beautiful, walkable neighborhood with so much to do. We would definitely stay there again!

A very convenient place with all the facilities needed, morden and spacious

This was a nice airbnb. We enjoyed staying here. The bed was very comfortable. We felt relaxed and safe given this was on street level. The nespresso machine was a nice touch and enjoyed thoroughly by us. The kitchen drawer was tricky to locate with kitchen utensils, but the host answered quickly with photos directing us, and helped us to figured out the stove operation. We liked having the peninsula in the kitchen space. We thought the TV should have been positioned better. It was difficult to see from the couch and not viewable from the bed. The photos of the space looked like another, similar airbnb to this one, possibly next door. The shower had difficulty maintaining temperature, but was amazing water pressure with a rain shower was nice. The space was just right, sizing wise, for 2, although it could sleep 4 with the 2 beds on the loft. We used that space to organize our suitcases. There was a good sized closet to hang jackets. Overall, good value and decent location in Madrid.

Great apartment in a great neighborhood. Close to the metro and supermarket while maintaining a quiet, neighborhood feel. Lots of great cafes and shops everywhere.

We really enjoyed our stay at Valerie’s place! She was extremely responsive and answered all of our questions. The building felt extremely safe and had 24/7 security. Would definitely recommend!

I loved the stay in this place. Everything is very tidy and clean. It is as it is in the photos and with everything that is described. close to Plaza Mayor, large street and door of the sun 15 to 20 minutes walking. Metro station. 5 minutes. Toiletries ape bañarte. Quiet area to rest do not listen to noise. Host always pending was easy to communicate. He gave us directions for entry without problems. He also gave us recommendations where to eat or go for a drink. They were thoughtfully leaving us coffee and welcome cookies. I would stay here again. thank you

Very cool place to stay. Quiet neighborhood, with markets and restaurants nearby. If you’re like me, you’ll read all the reviews. There is plenty of warmth in the house, we were never cold. If a large group is coming, you do need to monitor the use of hot water, recommend using cold water for everything else and conserving hot water for showers. We were a group of 8, had plenty of space to sleep and areas to spend quality time. The game room/gym was our favorite place! Next time I’m in Madrid, I’d gladly stay here again.

Great house in a lovely family friendly area. Very easy to get to airport and into the centre of Madrid by metro or bus.

For the first time, experience the local neighborhood, although it is the first time to visit Madrid, but to live in a local area is also a different experience, it can clearly feel that the area is relatively clean, safe, relative to the middle class area, and the dirt difference in certain areas of the city really contrast, the design of the industrial wind is really bright, and a lot of materials are used for waste, you can see the host's insistence on the concept of sustainable environmental protection

Very enjoyable stay in Miguel’s apartment. It was great for us 4 friends that we were able to have a bedroom each. Nice touch to provide shampoo and shower gel and the hairdryer was excellent. Good location with easy 20 minute walk to the Palace. Weather was unfortunately very wet and cold during our stay so we appreciated the blankets in the wardrobes. We also used the heating setting of the air conditioning unit. Miguel and Jhonny were very responsive and welcoming and Jhonny met us at the apartment to show us round. The only thing we would have liked was a kettle - we had to boil water in a pan for our cups of tea but this was a minor thing! We would certainly recommend this apartment for a stay in Madrid. Thank you.

What a fantastic getaway! There is so much soul in Alvero's place. It's well-designed and super comfortable, too, with many places to chill, sit, read, write, etc. We felt at home immediately. The bed is wonderful. It's quiet and tucked away, yet empties onto a wonderful street with many shops, restaurants, cafes, and more. It's an easy walk to many highlights of the city. Alvaro’s flat has possibly the best kitchen we've ever seen in an AirBnB. I came to do some real cooking for a cookbook that I am writing and the kitchen was completely stocked with utensils, pans, a spice cupboard, not to mention cookbooks for some enjoyable reading and inspiration. We highly recommend this flat, and we'll stay here again on our next visit to Madrid!

Walking distance to the theatre’s, shopping, restaurants and monuments. The apartment has some tired parts but is very cozy.

A great apartment in a great location with a friendly and communicative host. Very short walk to Prado and other museums, and lots of great coffee shops and restaurants in the neighborhood. Highly recommended. We'd love to come back.

Antonio's place is in a lovely historic neighborhood. Close to a lot of activity but quiet and distinctive. The apartment is on the street level. One bedroom is off the living room and without a door but it worked for our family. The primary bedroom is spacious and private. We were delayed in our travel but Antonio waited for us and had many good suggestions about the area. We would stay again.

We spent a very pleasant week at Martin and Zoltan's because this accommodation is located in a quiet area but very close to the old town and its monuments. The apartment is clean and well-equipped. Zoltan hosted us very warmly and the arrival and departure conditions went very well thanks to very good responsiveness and a caring understanding of all our needs. Thank you for everything!

Andrea's apartment was phenomenal. We have stayed at a lot of Airbnb's over the years and this is by far one of the nicest ones. The check-in process was very easy as Andrea provided clear instructions. The apartment is located on a quiet street in the upscale neighbourhood of Salamanca. It is a very clean, spacious and tastefully decorated apartment. All the appliances looked brand new. Andrea was excellent in terms of communication and provided us with a ton of recommendations. We are a family of 5 and there was ample room for all of us. We will definitively come back again. Thank you Andrea!
