Vacation rentals with a patio in Malasaña, Centro

I thought it was perfect, just what I needed. A separate apartment in one of the best areas in Madrid, for the tranquility and close to downtown.

We had a lovely stay in Madrid and in the rental in a very good location. Unfortunately, we weren't able to take advantage of the terrace because of the weather!! Tobias is very friendly and caring. The house was also very clean We recommend this property and would come back if we visited this beautiful city again🙂!

Perfect accommodation for a quiet stay in Madrid, an area with easy access and parking nearby. There are shopping areas and places to shop nearby.

Totally recommended, very close to Barajas airport, the area is quiet, the apartment is quite clean and complete, and communication with the host was always good, it fully complied with what it offered.

Great location, centrally located. Walking distance to everything - Ammar and Juan provided excellent restaurant recommendations in close proximity (we tried them all!) to the apartment. Perfect for family of 5.

Really great spot. Seo was super responsive. Easy exit from apartment too which isn't always the case with Airbnb's.

This was a great stay for my friends and I. The place was big and private. Conveniently located by the metro. The only thing we found weird was that there are two security cameras on the inside of the property. The listing was very roundabout in describing that.

Apartment as described by Ramón in his ad. Residential and quiet area. At all times pending. A 15' walk by mouth subway and 5' from a McDonald's for the kids. 100% recommended.

Very cool place to stay. Quiet neighborhood, with markets and restaurants nearby. If you’re like me, you’ll read all the reviews. There is plenty of warmth in the house, we were never cold. If a large group is coming, you do need to monitor the use of hot water, recommend using cold water for everything else and conserving hot water for showers. We were a group of 8, had plenty of space to sleep and areas to spend quality time. The game room/gym was our favorite place! Next time I’m in Madrid, I’d gladly stay here again.

I was delighted with the house, beautiful, spacious, clean and tidy. Adan was very helpful, he even presented us with a breakfast basket. It was very cold in Madrid, but the house has heaters in every room and we are very comfortable. I definitely recommend the hosting!

Great house in a lovely family friendly area. Very easy to get to airport and into the centre of Madrid by metro or bus.

Great property that was private and close to the supermarket and transport links. Nacho was a great host, really went out of his way to be accommodating and helpful throughout the trip.

Wonderful apartment, clean, spacious, comfortable and well -stocked, convenient to grocery stores and the Metro. Having Kevin available for pick ups and drop offs to the airport/train station was incredible as were his recommendations of things to do and places to eat; like having a concierge. Loved our stay there. Would stay there again.

We felt comfortable in the apartment, for a short stay it is very good, and although it does not have a kitchen as such to cook, we had everything we needed. We were well connected to all amenities. We were very much facilitated by the check-in and check-out time and very attentive to any help we needed. We would definitely come back in case you need it. The area was quite quiet.

I LOVE Madrid and wanted to experience the city in a fabulous apt with a terrace. I had a vision and boy was it fulfilled!!! I think this one of the best homes I've been to with Airbnb. Marta makes things very easy, and her apartment is decorated with a great taste. Location is amazing! Morning coffee on the private terrace - divine.

Second time I’ve stayed at Laura’s place, perfect location to go visit my customers, very spacious and super clean apartment, can park for free on the street outside (important if you hire a car) and the neighbourhood is peaceful, with the park a few minutes away for a run.

Wonderful apartment and very friendly host, Maria, that gave us some nice tips in the neighborhood. The bus stops in front of the door to go to the city centre whilst the neighborhood itself is vibrant with lots of bars and restaurants. Close to a big park and cultural centre that we enjoyed as we were with the dog. The apartment has a lovely terrace. The only small downside to this apartment is that the nights on the street are rather loud with the bars around and quite some traffic, so ear plugs can be needed. Overall we had a great time and we would definitely recommend.

Cozy little apartment in a central part of town, but still very private and quiet.

Communication was smooth, the apartment was clean and near the station. Everything went as planned we were satisfied !

The room is very clean. It’s only a 10-minute drive to the airport. There is a shopping mall just an 8-minute walk away, with many restaurants and a supermarket. Parking is also very convenient, right downstairs. It’s a great place to stay during a layover near the airport.
