When designing and decorating the accommodation, it was configured as a large suite where guests can enjoy maximum comfort and detail, feel at home with the independence that this entails and with all the amenities that a house offers. The ultimate goal is for guests to have an unforgettable memory of their stay. All the decoration has been carefully studied to make it a truly privileged place, where I have included part of my travels, as paintings brought from Bali, tapestries and fabrics from Cambodia have been hung, and all this mixed with furniture and objects that I have been acquiring for years from different places and sites, giving rise to a very special mix, in a unique atmosphere and that gives an exclusive magnetism to the place. Specifically, it is an apartment, located in the town of Marbella, in the exclusive area called Golden Mile, close to accommodations as exclusive as the Puente Romano Hotel and the Marbella Club Hotel. The one-bedroom apartment has room for four people, a master bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. It is designed for a couple or a couple with one or two children who want to enjoy a quiet stay in a residential and exclusive area, close to all the areas of interest in the town of Marbella. It has a 44 square meter terrace overlooking Marbella's iconic and emblematic mountain "La Concha". The apartment is within a residential complex, with few houses with a video surveillance system and common garden areas and a swimming pool of considerable size, depending on the total number of neighbors. In short, it is a place located in a sea of tranquility and disconnection within walking distance of everything a place like Marbella offers. A complex made up of 28 houses, with great privacy, security cameras in the access and common areas, parking for 2 cars, a swimming pool with a garden and a hammock area, which usually has few people, as it does not have many neighbors, and a concierge. With easy access to the Starlite concert venue, as well as the most select or renowned leisure and restaurant areas of Marbella (La Meridiana Restaurant, Bibo de Dani Garcia; Trocadero Playa, Hotel Puente Romano, Marbella Club, Sol y Luna Restaurant) (Olivia Valere Nightclub, Finca Besaya, Funky Bhuda) Personalized attention. By having extensive knowledge of Marbella and its surroundings. We can provide information regarding all possible activities you want to do, leisure, sports, cultural activities, beaches, restaurants, supermarkets, shopping area, and places to visit. This development, superbly located equidistant between the City of Marbella and Puerto Banús, just opposite the Hotel Puente Romano, in the heart of the Golden Mile. Las Lomas is an oasis of tranquility that few developments enjoy today. Marbella's most important residential complexes are located within or next to Las Lomas del Marbella Club. With easy access to the highway and freeway (1 min drive) which makes logistics much easier. Less than a 5-minute drive from La Cañada shopping mall, the largest in Andalusia, where you'll find spectacular shops, movie theaters, and restaurants of all kinds and for all tastes. Mainly by private car, although it has all the amenities within walking distance (supermarkets, restaurants, and leisure). However, it is advisable to have your own vehicle to get around and to get to know Marbella, its areas and surroundings. Easily accessible from the highway, Nagueles exit. From Marbella, by the Hotel Puente Romano, towards the Mosque. The entrance to Las Lomas is through a magnificent arch, located just above the Mosque on the way to La Meridiana Restaurant. There are two more entrances that can be found in front of Olivia Valère on the Carretera de Istán and through the Camino de los Manchones, which gives access to the areas of Marbella Hill Club, Marbella Sierra Blanca, Nagüeles and Camoján. The villa was absolutely beautiful. You drive into the garage and street level and take the stairs or elevator up to the swimming pool where you find the front door to the villa. The villa has seating areas outside the lounge and master bedroom with wonderful views over Torremuelle out to the sea. The pool area is delightful and clean with lovely sun loungers and the water is warm all day. The villa has electric shutters which cover all windows and doors and the whole place felt very safe while we were there. You can walk for 10 mins to Torremuelle station where you can catch a trains to Malaga, Fuengirola or Marbella. Walk another 10 mins and you are down at the sea. Lyx were incredibly responsive when we had an issue with one shutter and sent out a locksmith at 11pm who fixed it there and then. Enjoy your stay!

10/10! We absolutely loved our stay here. The hosts are super friendly and responsive and really went out their way on all fronts for us. The villa itself is absolutely stunning and exactly like the photos. It is extremely spacious, has a lovely outside patio, and a brilliant pool. The area is beautiful, lovely and peaceful and very close to the supermarkets, beach, restaurants, and party spots with only a short taxi ride - ubers and bolts are readily available in the area. Thank you!

We have just returned from an amazing holiday as a family of 5! Sam and Ian were the most wonderful hosts. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful holiday and nothing was too much of an ask. From the excellent communication, instructions, and recommendations to the extra special touches in the villa and gifts for the children, it all made the holiday extra special! The villa is so beautiful - the gardens and swimming pool are wonderful. So private, peaceful and beautiful and fully enclosed with electric gate. View from terrace is breathtaking. BBQ and lovely outdoor dining area - we enjoyed many family meals together outside! We loved that the villa felt remote, yet we were just 5 min drive from Nerja and Frigiliana. Both beautiful places! The villa is so well appointed! Netflix, WiFi, beach towels, baby equipment, laundry amenities, outdoor sockets, and lots of useful things to get you started eg kitchen roll & cleaning products. We would love to return!!

I stayed here with 5 other friends, and it ticked all the boxes we needed. The location was close to the airport and other places you would go to. The only thing to note is the hill is super steep, and we actually got a taxi back up but that isnt an issue.

The place is magnificent, with several tranquil pools that have provided us with moments of relaxation. Although own or public transportation is needed to get around, we greatly appreciated the tranquility of the area. We highlight the sympathy of those who received us and the cleanliness of the house, which was impeccable, even though we found some ill-washed dishes. The beds were very comfortable and the terrace, larger than appears in the photographs, offered us a breathtaking view of the sea. The air conditioner was an added value, especially with the intense heat it makes itself felt.

Awesome villa, that feels really special. We were a group of two families and it was great for us. There are different areas that can be used for different things; a lovely barbecue space and the pool is right beside the kitchen/outdoor eating space. Lots of stairs so something to watch if you have very young children or accessibility issues. Would thoroughly recommend. Eva and family were lovely, very helpful, and responsive. A car is definitely needed, even just to pop up to Mijas, which is worth it.

Henrik was a responsive host.its a lovely apartment with good views. The kids really enjoyed the apartment pool. The apartment is well equipped and comfortable. Good walks to the left or right of the complex. It is slightly remote and not within walking distance of a supermarket however we had a car so not an issue.40 minute walk to estepona town. The kempinsky or plata beach restaurant are a minute or 2 away with good food and service. Recommend for families that have a car rental. The kids were sorry to leave
