Vacation rentals in Malacuera

We had a nice stay here with our family of three—me, my husband, and our 6 yo daughter. We were in transit in Madrid for a few days and wanted to stay local to a friend’s place. The location was convenient and just a 5-minute walk to two metro stations that go straight to Puerta del Sol, La Latina, Opera, and Gran Vía. There’s also a bus stop right outside that takes you to the city center in about 20 minutes. The space was meticulously clean and stylish. It had everything we needed and stocked with cooking supplies to make our morning breakfasts. Another plus was the little cute patio to have my coffee. It’s cozy and perfect for my family of 3. The neighborhood has a fun local vibe. There are restaurants, cafés, and grocery stores just around the corner. Also, if you’re into art, the Carabanchel Arts ariea is only a 10-minute walk away. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and felt like we got the real local experience. Would definitely recommend this place.

We really liked it, the stay was very nice both outside and inside, it had everything you need for the days we stayed! The area was very quiet, we saw three corzos close to the place from the car when we arrived!

Alberto was super attentive and flexible with everything, even with the check-in and check-out times. I was always available and aware that everything was perfect. The house is amazing, huge, no lack of detail and the surroundings are beautiful. I went with friends to spend the end of my birthday and everything was perfect. Just mention that a guardian lives in the house itself, which although he is friendly, does not stop having a person outside the group inside the house and withholds privacy. You share common areas with the Lord and it is still his home.

David’s place is so centrally located in Madrid, you’re never more than a quick walk from all the sights. Super clean, great decorations and flexible check in was great. Would recommend!

Maria, the hostess is very responsive and kind. The space was very clean. Whenever you have a question, she answers you very quickly and that's appreciated. Thanks to her.

Fantastic stay, Antonio is a super nice host, flexible and always attentive to what we needed, I recommend it 100%, I'm sure we repeat!

The house is very nice, just as described. A large and spacious living room, a kitchen with all the necessary utensils and a barbecue, and spacious and comfortable rooms. Too bad the weather wasn't good to enjoy the outdoor area and the surroundings of the town, but still a very good option. Gary is very attentive and friendly, everything is very simple, thank you very much and we will be back!

Everything was great. Irene was always available for everything. Great weekend
