A small, cozy one-bedroom apartment (26 sqm) on the top floor of the townhouse in Majorstuen, towards Fagerborg. Very central to everything, but at the same time a safe and calm neighborhood. The apartment is bright and cozy, and has a nice southwest facing balcony that goes into a quiet backyard. It's sunny for much of the day, when the season allows! :) The apartment has a wall bed that is 1.40 m, which is knocked out from the wall (note: This is heavy!). With a knocked out bed, there will be a cramped and little floor space! This is a small apartment.

I rent out my apartment at times when I am not at home. Large and cozy apartment in a centrally located. Quiet and quiet in inner courtyard with nice views. The home has an open plan living room/kitchen where you have a fully equipped kitchen, fireplace and TV. Master bedroom with double bed, bedroom with guest bed that can be knocked out to double bed. Bathroom and extra toilet. Possibility of free parking in the backyard upon request, agreed with me. NB for allergy sufferers: I live here with a dog.
