Monthly Rentals in Maitland

Absolutely lovely host with a lovely home. I mentioned that my family was coming to town for a loved one that was about to pass and she left flowers and wine on the counter as a gift. Beyond that she is exceptionally responsive and really worked with us given our circumstances. The home itself is one block away from kings street with many bars and restaurants a short walk away. It has a water view and also has a water front park across the street. My dogs also LOVED the backyard and had a great time during our stay as well.

We were disappointed that the outdoor staircase, which is the entrance and exit to the property, had not been cleared of ice and snow before we arrived and were only completely cleared after we asked the following day. It should also be noted that the apartment has two different levels inside (not mentioned in the description) so the occupants need to be able to constantly negotiate steps.

Really enjoyed the stay here, it's incredibly spacious, it's private, it's close to many amenities, the backyard has a wonderful river view/access. The unit has many special touches like lights that turn on by your feet as walk, and touch activated toilet, the shower felt nice and the kitchen was functional. Most of all special shout out to how clean the unit was and thoughtfully decorated. The host is very polite as well.

Very helpful host, place was a large, nicely decorated century home. Place was spotless and very charming. Great value and will stay here again if its available. Would be great stay for a family or small group. Had all the amenities I needed and had a bnb feel. Thanks for hosting, great stay!
