Amazing place!! With a beautiful view of São Paulo!! Close to cool bars and restaurants!! Sensational!! The bathtub is the master touch!!

Only stayed one night but wish I could’ve stayed more. Great little apartment with amazing views. Everything was clean and the host was super responsive. The little goodies are free which is a great touch. Coming from a super long flight the chips and soda were life saving. Overall great experience and super close to many bars and clubs. Highly recommend for short stays.

Amazing apartment with a wonderful outdoor patio space. Fully functional kitchen, air conditioning was perfect and the sliding glass doors to the patio were easy to use. Highly recommend for a couple!! We found the nighttime view of the city so wonderful!

Amaizing place ! Amaizing city view . Walking distance from plenty of amenities such bars , bakeries , little markets and transportation (subway - república station and bus stops ) and great hospitality I will definitely be using this property whenever I need a place in São Paulo Thanks again Marcos

Marcel is always attentive and responds super fast, I got married on 05/24 and they did a very good decoration in the room. The bed was extremely comfortable, we arrived and passed out in it. The space was super cozy.

The house is a little piece of paradise! Beautiful, very spacious, well maintained, fully equipped, clean, safe and well located. Rafael and Raquel were extremely attentive. I don't live in São Paulo and I rented the house for two nights to gather the family and what a wonderful event. Everyone loved it and felt at home. Very well maintained and quiet, we would have liked to have stayed a few more days but unfortunately the house had already been booked. I don't think it's in the description on the website, but the kitchen is fully equipped, including an air fryer, ice machine, two barbecues, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, large refrigerator, powerful shower, extra bathrooms inside and outside the house, garage for about 10 cars, and all rooms are ensuite. Bed linens are not included, but pillows and duvets are available. I found the mattresses hard, but I believe it's a matter of taste. Delightful surprise to see a peacock, two carp, a jabuticabeira and parrots flying around the house. I recommend it!

Rodrigo is a great host! Super nice people, attentive and flexible! The house is wonderful: very clean, organized and comfortable, exactly as shown in the photos. We had a great stay. The only observation is in relation to the parking space, which is on a very steep slope, so it is good to have some skill to park. Everything else is perfect! I highly recommend it!

I've lost count of how many times I've been in Raquel's house. It has become a haven for my family: near sp and in the middle of nature. The house is beautiful and has great structure.

We love the house, a haven in the middle of São Paulo and at the same time close to everything. We were very well attended by Paulo and well attended by Ci, who left the house prepared to receive us, super helpful and attentive. The house is cozy and you can feel the care in every detail. We had a wonderful time with friends and family, playing the piano and singing together, cooking and chatting while we prepared dinner... and the house, this unique environment, the way each space is presented, was certainly very important for this to happen in such a special way. A beautiful house that embraces :) Thank you, we'll be back whenever possible!

Our stay was extremely pleasant. António and Duda are always very helpful, the location is excellent and the house can be used for both fun activities and a more relaxed program. Definitely a place to go back to.

Second time we stayed at one of Sandra's properties, and it was impeccable again. Decoration, coziness, everything thought out with great affection and elegance.

It was our second visit and just like the first time, it was perfect. The house is great, very well arranged, clean and is exactly as described. Sandra always responded promptly, making our stay much easier. The pool is wonderful and the new gourmet space looks amazing. Fully fenced house, so we left our pet free, without any worries. We will definitely be back!

Fil was a exemplary host , very responsive , and the cleaner was excellent . The place is extremely well appointed if you like to cook . He’s created a oasis in the heart of São Paulo , walking distance from a great mall with excellent restaurants , coffee and a grocery store - five stars all around

The Bluehaus apartment is very nice, we went with my partner and it has everything, very well equipped! The room on the second floor has a spectacular view, and so does the terrace. One of the best neighborhoods in São Paulo, very close to supermarkets, restaurants and shops. They were very helpful in answering all our questions. I recommend anyways!

Great place to stay at in Sao Paulo if you are visiting. Relatively close to major attractions by either walking or Uber, with several restaurants nearby for either eating or a quick snack. Very secure apartment, though the neighborhood could be slightly unsafe at night. Nonetheless, great play stay at if you want to visit and get to explore Brazil!

A great studio apartment in a great location. The view from the balcony is amazing. Also, the balcony itself is set up with couch and dining table makes it a good relaxing experience. Paulo has been super responsive too. Will definitely come back to this place again.

This stay was great. A really good location, a nice, comfortable and clean place to stay. The building itself had many amenities that really saved me as I needed to buy some time before heading to my next adventure. I worked several hours from the office room that had a big table and a quiet environment. The gym was bigger than most gyms I've seen in a building, the outdoor pool area was nice. Overall a very good experience.

The apartment is very cool. I was celebrating a special occasion and it was everything we dreamed of! It would be again for sure and recommend it!

The host has demonstrated availability, friendliness, proactivity, politeness and flexibility from the first contact. In addition, he responded quickly every time he was requested. The space is smaller than I thought, but the custom-made and very well thought-out cabinets make it cozy and functional. The location is excellent, the building is safe with a very good structure. I will certainly return more often
