Wonderful place, both the hut and the surroundings. There was everything we needed in the accommodation, the attention with the details for our comfort was amazing. I will definitely return again.

The site is amazing, the staff are extremely attentive. Beautiful, private place, but with the convenience of having a base with spa, sauna and swimming pool. We were very surprised by the care and affection with every detail, and the place is even more beautiful than the photos. Constant contact with the front desk. Breakfast option. It would certainly come back.

The cabin is very well thought out, decorated and has everything you need. And if anything is missing, the hosts are quick in us to assist! Our idea was to relax and super answered us!

Accommodation according to the listing, communication with Barbara was excellent, always very helpful and kind, the place has a good location and view, facing the dam and there is a bar/ restaurant next door.

We spent two wonderful days at the cottage, it was a wonderful experience, a super cozy place, we spent wonderful moments and returned home renewed, we were able to disconnect from the rush of work, home, children. We couldn't have made a better choice to celebrate our 16th wedding anniversary. I highly recommend it, we will definitely return ☺️

My boyfriend and I loved the stay. We stayed in chalet 3 and the view was incredible, facing the dam. The only point that could have in the most specific chalet in the bathroom, was the soap dish…It would help a lot. Otherwise, the bed was great, refrigerator in great condition…The internet didn't always catch on, but it was the least. Bárbara is an amazing and thoughtful person…I responded almost immediately. I ameiiiiiii our stay. Thank you very much ☺️

The cottage is wonderful, it exceeded all expectations! It was impeccable, clean and very well organized, beds with good mattresses, single mattresses available, fans in all rooms, full kitchen and well equipped with utensils, 2 good refrigerators, electric oven, microwave, etc. Providing a comfortable and cozy stay. The condominium is also worth mentioning: it has an excellent structure, exactly as described and as shown in the photos. 24-hour security, Swimming pools, sauna, beach tennis. Every detail was faithful to what was promised. An unforgettable experience! Ideal for those looking for tranquility, quality and accommodation without surprises. I highly recommend it!

Perfect accommodation! The hut is very comfortable, conserved and with an extremely equipped coxinha. The surroundings have absolute silence, in addition to the beautiful view of the dam. Perfect house for those who want to disconnect for a few days without having to drive much, as it is less than 1:30 am from SP capital.

our stay was great! we were in 4 couples with young children and everyone loved. The house itself we understand that it needs more cleaning maintenance, but nothing that would bother our lodging because we did the maintenance ourselves during our stay. amazing place, safe and wonderful condominium with lots of things to do, literally a quiet one! we would definitely come back. sr Sérgio and Dona Nádia receive us as if they were the ones of the family!! we feel very welcome and are also attentive and kind and respond quickly whenever we need

We love to be in Nature, a delightful and peaceful place, we found the place easily because Marcelo's explanation was impeccable, he was very helpful too. My family and I want to come back very soon. I am just grateful for the opportunity to spend wonderful days.

My stay was wonderful! The cottage is exactly as shown in the listing photos. Soft and comfortable mattress, powerful shower, smart TV with several streaming options, powerful gas fireplace, hot and cold air conditioning (which was great for sleeping), super useful equipped kitchen, has a drinking water filter, great whirlpool for relaxing, wonderful breakfast and everything prepared with great affection by Susy and Patrícia, who are very helpful. The place is full of butterflies, a beautiful thing to see. During the weekend there is more movement of guests and the bar nearby is playing music, during the week it is quieter. The hostel is on a street with some traffic, which is bad if you are looking for a very quiet place. One point that I think could be rethought is the glass of the entrance door that takes away a little privacy despite being frosted, I had to improvise with a towel to cover it.

The stay was very peaceful from the time of booking to the time of arrival at the place. We received all the instructions on how to find the place as well as the ease of getting around. The atmosphere is very pleasant, clean, calm, quiet, charming and cozy. Unfortunately, we stayed for a short time, but we intend to return in the future to enjoy the facilities and the surrounding area more. I highly recommend it and you can book without worries. Note 10!!

Excellent space, very receptive staff, I would return without a second thought. The only thing I would say is to improve the access description, coming from São Paulo the GPS took us down a dirt road, we later discovered that it was easier and safer to go down the Roseira road. Breakfast was sensational!!! Safe and welcoming for LGBT couples.

Rating: 5 stars The cottage is simply wonderful! Very cozy, perfect for resting and enjoying nature. The bathtub is a real highlight — relaxing and with a beautiful view! Dennis' reception was excellent, he welcomed us very well, explained everything calmly and even recommended great places to visit in the area. The city is also super charming and welcoming. I'll definitely come back more often!

The chalet is exactly as shown in the photos: cozy, clean and perfect for resting! Claudio was super attentive from the first contact. As soon as I texted him, he sent me videos with directions, tips on where to have breakfast and even how to order ready-made kits. Communication was easy and he always responded super fast. The space has a TV with Netflix, a microwave, dishes, a very cute coffee corner, a hammock to relax and even a fire outside already set up, ready to light. You can enjoy your stay in total tranquility, without noise, ideal for those who want to escape the chaos of the city. The only thing to consider is that Mairiporã has few leisure options. Even Pico do Olho D'Água is closed by court order (it's not a matter of time, it's really not working). But this has nothing to do with the stay itself. If the idea is to rest and recharge, this is the right place! I highly recommend it!
