The home was built in 2020. It is completely independent. This small house offers an outdoor courtyard, an equipped kitchen, a living room with sofa bed (160 cm) and a TV. Bedroom with dressing room and a 160 cm bed. Shower room with double sink, shower and toilet. Wi-Fi is available. We are a 10-minute drive from Angers. We will be there to recommend the best deals.
