Very nice house equipped to comfortably accommodate a large family. Plenty of space and all the comforts you need (the photos don't quite do the space available!). Quiet environment, easy street parking and local shops within walking distance. Host responsive despite our late check-in. A very pleasant family Christmas!

This accommodation is really perfect: it is very comfortable, very well equipped and very well decorated. The beautiful garden makes it a little slice of heaven. Finally, his host Michel is very welcoming and friendly.

Our stay went perfectly well. Our 11-year-old kids (and ourselves) loved the place, especially the outdoor structures with a very large pool in which they crazily had fun. A very good warm welcome! Very good ideas to complete the stay with breakfast proposal and pet care if needed. We were able to spend a peaceful day at the Puy du Fou, easily accessible from the accommodation, while our dog enjoyed the garden. Good tips for walks or sightseeing. The accommodation was perfect for our stay, clean, well decorated and spacious for a studio. We recommend it!

Very available and welcoming host, cottage in a good location for visiting many tourist places, and faithful to the description, very quiet and very sunny thanks to the veranda overlooking a very pleasant patio where you can have a barbecue or rest and enjoy. you can go there without a second thought;

We travelled as a family of 4 with our 2 children aged 3 and 6. They absolutely loved the swimming pool, tropical garden with the birds and spending time looking for frogs around the 2 lakes. Julien was very attentive, making sure we had everything to make our trip as comfortable as possible as well as fishing rods for our children to have a go on their lake. It was a bit tricky to have the kitchen in a separate building but understand this is under construction. The grounds are beautiful, very peaceful in a serene countryside setting, the property was clean with comfy beds. We spent time visiting neighbouring towns, Chateaubriant market, Nantes town followed by a relax in the pool and dinner outside by the lake. Would highly recommend.

The accommodation matches the photos very well. It is very spacious and tastefully furnished, we had a great time there with 17 adults. The welcome is perfect, our hosts were very nice and available.
