Great place to stay in Morgantown for a football weekend or any other time. Walkable to the stadiums (about 45-60 minutes) and a short drive to the downtown area. The place itself is great. Clean, spacious, and accessible. The beds were pretty comfortable. There’s also a nice shared outdoor space.

Patricia was a great host and we had a great time at the little brown house, when a storm hit Morgantown and the power went out she immediately reached out to check on us and keep us up to date on the power coming back on. (It didn’t take long) Would definitely recommend to stay if anyone is heading to Morgantown!

Our hosts have created a welcoming, well-equipped home for our family visits to Morgantown. They communicate clearly and proactively, and anticipate most of our questions. We could not ask for anything more.

I work as a travel tech and this was my second time staying at Ray's. Just like the first time, the apartment was very clean and stocked well. Easy walk to downtown Morgantown and very close to both major hospitals. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again if I ever get another travel contract in Morgantown, WV. Thank you! Ron
