Lovely spacious apartment which was beautifully decorated. I stayed there with my husband and two daughters and we had lots of room. There were two large bathrooms so the girls could have their own, which was great. When we arrived, the housekeeper took us up to the room and we had been provided with plenty of bottles of water, a full fruit bowl, beach and bath towels, bathrobes and slippers, which were all lovely touches. They also provided us with a little mobile phone with a number to call should we have any problems. The swimming pool was big but needed some work doing; there were missing/broken tiles and the sun loungers were tatty, some had bird muck on, others were ripped which was a shame. However the apartment itself was immaculate. Rawai has lots of restaurants and bars which are all walkable from the apartment. You cannot swim at Rawai beach which we didn't realise when we booked, but we got a taxi to Nai Han beach and could swim there which we enjoyed.

Olivier is a top host. Always available and help you with everything. Very attentive. Cleaning 2 times a week, which is really a top service. The view was beautiful. Nice swimming pool and parking underground. 24-hour security available.

Had the best experience staying at this Airbnb. It is spacious with the most perfect outdoor space. The large pool was refreshing and the perfect temperature. Peter was an excellent host and extremely responsive and helpful. He helped arrange a chef to cook for us during our stay and the food was delicious. Very accommodating host. The villa is very spacious and looks even better in person. I would 100% recommend this villa to friends interested in traveling to Phuket.

We had a great vacation. Pam took good care of us and helped with all the little things. She assisted us in organizing the transfer to the villa and sent us plenty of useful recommendations for places to visit. She was always available and quickly helped us solve any issues. The villa is excellent, with a very nice pool and a beautiful garden with flowers. The house has everything you need and even more. Our vacation went perfectly, largely thanks to Pam and her care for us. We had a wonderful time staying at this house!

A literal dream! I cannot recommend this place enough! I celebrated my 40th birthday along with 5 other friends. The villa itself is gorgeous, clean, spacious, and provides the most unreal sunset setting over the ocean and infinity pool. Now, the service- the absolute cherry on top! The villa included complimentary airport pick-up and drop off, daily home-cooked breakfast, and cleaning. Hats off to Ms. Porn and Dang who took care of additional arrangements such as setting up in-villa massages, everyday for my group of 6 people, hand-selected home-cooked dinner twice during our stay (which was one of the BEST dinners we had in Phuket!). The value for the serene, private, and beautiful views, villa, and staff, is unmatched. Thank you for an unforgettable 40th birthday celebration and first time visit to Thailand- I cannot wait to be back!

Catherine’s place was amazing! It was definitely worth every cent she really puts a lot of love into her home. She was very responsive days before our check-in she made sure that it was smooth. She let us know about Songkran which was our first time experiencing and you have to come to Thailand to experts yourself. She told us where the nearest places were for confident snacks, pharmacy, and more. She was very nice & security is always at the gate which is a plus but it wouldn’t have mattered because it was quite locals are around you and it’s places you can walk to if you enjoy walking which we did. She was also so kind in being flexible in our payment for utilities because we had to leave early for our flight. Make sure you book with her & I would come back a million times. Go visit the elephant sanctuaries, zip line, eat amazing local food. See all the greatness Thailand will offer you! Thanks again & see you next year for Songkran.

Except for a few small things, everything was as hoped. The contact person for everything related to the house, Ivan, was always available and provided immediate help and support. Shops and restaurants were within easy walking distance. I can recommend the place with a clear conscience.

one Amazing place to stay, The host is extremely helpful, no problem in communication, The staff are very helpful and are at ur service 24/7.

Villa is not quite new, I would estimate somewhat 10~15 years old. Yet in a perfect condition. Staff is instant response and professional, no delays, no nervous things. Location and view is superior on top of the hill, exceeding those on top floor of tallest Patong hotels. Beach is somewhat 7 minutes walk. 24/7 free tuc-tuc included to/from the gate, and it takes about 2 mins. Villa is definitely expensive, but worthy. Keep up good job guys, thank you 👍

We had a fantastic stay! The villa was beautiful and well set up for our group, but what truly made the experience exceptional was the team. The kitchen staff deserves a huge compliment for the amazing meals they prepared—every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. Dining here felt like a restaurant experience every day! A special shoutout to Peachy for her warm and attentive service—she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and made us feel incredibly welcome. Thank you for making our stay so memorable. We’d love to come back!

We had a wonderful time at the villa. Our highlight was the pool and the beautiful outdoor area, where we enjoyed spending many hours every day. The rooms were well equipped, the room on the ground floor was slightly smaller than the upper two bedrooms, but not clairvoyant yet private. Communication with Air was quick and easy. One day there were problems with the toilets, so she came very quickly with craftsmen to solve the problem. She also gave us tips for excursions and was always friendly and helpful. The villa is just outside the action, so we were glad we rented scooters (got arranged through air). It was really nice- thank you for an unforgettable time at your villa!

We stayed with our two-year old son and everything from the villa itself to the location was perfect. You are close to everything, although we rented a car which we would definitely recommend, with plenty of restaurants nearby and a short drive to the old town. The villa itself is beautiful but retains a homely feeling. The pool is great but small note that it’s about 5ft deep so if you have young children they will need full supervision. We couldn’t recommend the villa or host enough and look forward to hopefully coming back in the future

Perfect place for a family of 5-6 people. Despite a little bit of stairs for our unit but well worth it for everything else. Nina and the team made sure we were happy with everything. Beautiful place with great view and kitchen and living room space. Definitely recommend if you looking for something private and quiet getaway.

This is a beautiful place for hosting extended families and friends. The rooms are large and felt private enough to have your own space whilst the shared areas were perfect for enjoying time together, around the pool, dinner table or just relaxing in the lounge. Khun Jit is an exceptional housekeeper- nothing was too much trouble, we felt so well looked after we didn’t want to leave.
