A home from home with a touch of luxury - the barn at Ashby Parva is a great place to stay and easy to find. Helen is very welcoming but not in the least intrusive. It's a lovely private space, very good living area, comfortable bed, and well appointed throughout. Well situated for a wide range of visits, and with a nice country pub serving food and drink just a few steps along the road. It suited us perfectly. Thank you, Helen.

The Garden Room was a lovely place to stay for a few nights. It’s exactly like the photos, looked lovely and presentable inside. The weather was pretty hot the last few days so we were very thankful for the fan unit. The area is lovely too, nice to walk around and get to places in the local area or walk the dog! I would definitely stay here again as it was so pleasant and comfortable. Rachel was also very responsive, helpful and friendly, especially with how last minute the request was, so I really appreciated that. Thank you!

We stayed for one night on our way to France with two children under 3 and a dog, and the house was perfect for what we needed! Fully fenced for the dog, lots of lovely animals for the children and very welcoming hosts! Enough space in the bedroom for a small travel cot and great open living space for a family. Would absolutely stay again and just sorry that we didn’t book earlier for the way back. Have already recommended it to another family.

The barn was easy to find and clean and warm. The nearby pub in the village was welcoming with good food and drink. Our stay was to visit family in the area and the barn met our needs and was pet friendly so we could take our dog.
