We have just returned from a wonderful vacation from the Birkholz estate house. The advertised apartment is as described - spacious, very well equipped and simply wonderful. The garden is just as great. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and sauna very much. There are plenty of excursions to experience. Both on foot (for those who like to walk/hike) and by car. We recommend Tangermünde and especially at Easter the Easter egg hunt in the Elbauenpark in Magdeburg. For the emergency of the four-legged friend, we highly recommend the veterinary practice Jane Trawiel in Tangermünde from our own experience. A veterinarian with a heart, online appointment and very competent! We will be happy to come back to Birkholz! Best wishes from the European Capital of Culture 2025 🤗

We had planned a short break due to the extended weekend and found this gem of a place to stay. We've had some Airbnb apartments over the past few years, but this one surpassed them all. The furniture, the wall designs, the colors and textiles, everything met our taste. In addition, it was very cozy, you had your peace and everything was super clean. We stayed 3 nights at Heidi's place. We didn't miss anything in the time, the place is lovingly, high-quality and comfortably furnished. Heidi is a great and friendly host who proactively provides all the important information and has an open ear for every issue. The location is quiet and we as nature lovers got our money's worth with our dogs. Staying with Heidi is a clear recommendation; we'll be back for sure.

We had a wonderful short vacation in the "Chill ma Hütte." We found everything we were looking for. The place was clean and lovingly furnished. The many seating areas and the sauna and hot tub make the place very cozy and invite you to chill :) Jacky was always easy to reach and was able to help us quickly and easily with all questions. We can highly recommend a stay at this lovely place.

We were with 7 guests over Easter in the apartment, which is more like a house. Communication with the host was always friendly and communicative in advance and in personal contact. The house is simply beautiful and immediately conveys a feeling of well-being. Very, very nice style, modern and spacious on one side, rustic with bricks inside on the other side. The images in the ad correspond to the realities on site. Everything is spic and span. What's really special are 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets. This considerably relaxes the overall situation. Remarkable: right in the vicinity, three stork nests are easy to observe - wonderful. The immediate surroundings are rather quiet. You have to like it. It feels like the biosphere reserve begins behind the front door. Made for Nanonature experiences. All in all, worth a trip, my recommendation is 100%. Quick tip: Cafe am Märchensee, easily reached in a day tour. Nice service, extensive ice cream menu.

The girls had a nice and pleasant stay. Parking in front of the gate and seating is available. From there, you can also get away with public transport. The accommodation can only be recommended.

Lovely place and great surroundings. We particularly liked the fact that the property is really completely fenced, so our dog could really let off steam. During the summer, the pool is also a great thing. Always especially nice for us: a ping-pong table. It was a lovely weekend all around.

It was my second time and I will definitely be back. A great place to relax and get out of the ordinary. Great communication with the host, great location for people who love nature. I love this cottage in every way. Highly recommend☺️

Apartment "Franz" in Schönebeck was a nice home for us over New Year's Eve 2025. The location completely met our expectations: shopping, spa park, saline bath and last but not least the connection to the highway were literally a stone's throw away from the holiday apartment. Particularly noteworthy is the kindness of the host. Thank you very much, Andreas! All in all - clear recommendation for potential holiday guests.

Paul is a very friendly and accommodating host. We booked spontaneously and yet everything went smoothly. Our calls were answered directly and all our questions were answered quickly. The place is wonderful. Spacious, private, cozy and has beautiful views of the lake. Kitchen and bathroom are sufficient, clean and make the stay even more pleasant. Canoe and hot tub were also offered to us. Overall it was a great stay. We will be happy to come back. Highly recommended.
