We booked the duplex version so you have two apartments in one. Great to have two balconies, two bathrooms, two bedrooms and two living rooms. Everything you need to live as a 5 people family. Several busses into the city right outside the house. Loads of playgrounds and a public "pool" (artificial lake" not even 10 minutes to walk. Would stay again even though air bnbs in Innsbruck are a bit over the top pricewise.

Great stay, really friendly and perfect location for where we needed. Slopes close by and easy to get in and out of Mayrhofen. Hans was really helpful! Would stay again

We were completely satisfied with our accommodation. The location at the edge of the village was great, right across the street a good restaurant and hiking trails up to the mountain. In addition, the room was nice and modernly furnished and the in-house wellness area was inviting and cozy.

Great place to stay, I will book again without a doubt. Very close to the Bahnhof and there are many restaurants and grocery stores. The views from the apartment are amazing and the place feels like home. Host is a nice person.

Very likeable and friendly host who greeted us personally and brought a small selection of soft drinks. The apartment is very tastefully furnished, the kitchen is superbly equipped, everything is spotless!!! The bathroom is spacious and newly renovated....great apartment!! Very nice upstairs apartment with balcony overlooking the mountains. Good amenities in the kitchen and a comfortable bed. Clean and without unnecessary stuff. The practical parking space in the underground parking lot, from where the apartment is easily accessible, completes the feel-good package. The school across the street has a break between 10-11am, there is of course noise but otherwise there is no inconvenience due to the location. Very convenient are also the two shopping facilities, one about 10, the other maybe 100 meters away from the apartment access.

This apartment is amazing! It has been beautifully designed. We really enjoyed having the two separate bedrooms with two baths. Our favorite part was being able to walk down the stairs from the apartment right into the center of town of Ortisei. It was so convenient for exploring the shops and hiking of the mountain. It is also very close to a grocery market.

The apartment has a very pleasant atmosphere due to the pine wood, I felt very comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, even a dishwasher is provided. From the small balcony you have a wonderful view of the Vinschgau and the mountain peaks all around. Perfect for hiking, but also for relaxing and enjoying. In the village there are many restaurants that are also within walking distance with a little walk. Also practical is the South Tyrol card for train and bus as well as the card for the swimming pool! Markus and his wife are very helpful and warm and were always available when there was something.

My stay with Peter was great and I was warmly welcomed by his family. I was with my dog for a hiking holiday in St. Johann and the accommodation is an ideal starting point for this - whether on the Kitzbühler Horn or the Kaiser Mountains. Quiet walks can be taken almost endlessly along the Kitzbühler Großache, which flows only a few meters away. The room was very clean, sheets and towels smelled pleasantly fresh. The small kitchenette has everything you need, incl. Coffee maker, toaster and electric kettle. Several supermarkets are a 5-minute walk away. I'll be more than happy to come back!

It was a dream. The place is very chic. We were there with our three teenagers, to go skiing. The apartment has everything you need. :) If necessary, the couch is too small for 5 people to lounge on. But hey, if you don't have anything else. The place has everything you need. Thank you, thank you for everything!

We definitely loved the place. It is perfect for a couple who seeks independence and being close to La Villa’s lift and equipment rental shops. It’s also walking distance from the local CONAD supermarket and pharmacy.

Dear Daniela, We stayed with you for 4 days and we enjoyed it so much that we will definitely come back. The place was just a dream, very well maintained, nicely decorated, super clean and decorated with a lot of love. The bed is super comfortable and the view of the mountains in the pool is simply excellent. The coffee tasted excellent. We would always stay with you again, there was simply nothing missing. Your homemade honey and delicious schnapps were also very tasty. Thank you for everything and that we were allowed to be there and spent four wonderful days. We had an all-around great stay in this apartment! The place was exactly as described – modern and clean. The fully equipped kitchen and the beautiful view from the balcony. The location was also ideal. Communication with the host was excellent – fast, friendly and helpful with any questions. Check-in was completely straightforward. You arrive at the accommodation thanks to the directions given and you are at home! Very well equipped, local products, everything to make you a meal. If you need anything, it's present in the accommodation, whether it's food, towels or robes, hobbies, tourist information, bandages , wood to heat you up. The sauna and jacuzzi are very pleasant after a day of hiking. The only downside is the room and its accessibility. A miller's ladder gives you access to a very low attic room. You have to bend to get into the bed. This is not suitable for the elderly with knee problems. I would recommend this place to friends.

Mario’s place was an excellent base for skiing and exploring in Innsbruck. Comfy bed and couch and great bathroom!

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place looks just like the pictures, if not better. Absolutely breath taking with all the amenities you could think of and perfect location for skiing as slopes are 4mins drive away! We would stay here over and over again. Bettina was incredibly attentive! Bettina also supplied lots of information regarding restaurants near by as well as things to do in the area which was greatly appreciated. Would recommend
