We had a truly wonderful stay! The hosts were incredibly warm and thoughtful — not only did they offer excellent recommendations, but they also genuinely cared about our experience and engaged with us enthusiastically. It really made us feel like we were part of something special, not just guests passing through. The home was easy to find and located in a fantastic, peaceful neighborhood surrounded by trees. Inside, everything was beautifully set up with a clear understanding of a traveler’s needs. The kitchen and fridge were thoughtfully stocked, which made it so comfortable that we actually found ourselves cooking and enjoying most of our meals right there at the Airbnb. Overall, the combination of great hospitality, a lovely setting, and such a well-prepared space made this stay truly memorable. Would absolutely recommend!

This is one of the best villas I've stayed in. The location is a bit difficult to find as the map location is incorrect, but the you get awed after reaching here. The Mapusa river provides a picturesque background. The villa is pristine with a top notch interior. All the rooms are aesthetically decorated. There are 2 care takers who were polite and attentive. The food quality was good. A suggestion for cook to prepare just enough food to avoid wastage. The V are family team was proactive in all the communication to make it a smooth experience. Very much appreciated. It was a wonderful experience and would love to recommend for people who want to rest away from the Goa hustle.

Our stay at villa oreka was wonderful well maintained property with all the amenities everything was clean with fresh towels and the caretaker santosh was very helpful throughout our stay always there whenever we needed something and he knows all the local areas and famous tourist spots so definitely recommend this property.

We took up residence at Kenneth's home during the week before my wedding. His home was the perfect HQ for my family to rest after the long hours of wedding preparations and he was ever helpful in taking care of our every needs. The home was fully stocked with needed amenities and the stay was very pleasant.

Among the greatest homestays I've ever been to! Caretaker Lalit was there to greet us when we arrived at the place. This property is immaculate and beautifully furnished by the owner; each wall is colorful and embellished with antique and original artwork. Beautifully constructed, the home is decorated in a way that reflects the owners' own taste in art. With all of its colors, corners, and cozy areas, the place instantly makes you feel at peace. Every bathroom was immaculate and beautifully modern. The pillows, blankets, and bed linens were all immaculate. The three bedrooms were all comfortable and had air conditioning. Madrem Beach and Arambol are 25–30 minutes away by car. Restaurants and the local market are within ten to fifteen minutes' walk. Caretaker Lalit recommended a neighboring eatery, and we had some extremely tasty dinner. Lalit made our stay comfortable by being incredibly kind, considerate, and encouraging. Without a doubt, we will return here the next time

I had an amazing experience at this house in Bastora! The house was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. The host Allison was very attentive and considerate of our needs. She responded to all queries quickly. The host made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The garden is full of trees and flowering plants. One hears birds chirping all day long. The pergola in front garden is perfect for enjoying a morning coffee,reading or working. The river at the back added a unique and peaceful touch. A nice place to watch birds, and if you are lucky, also see the Otters! I highly recommend this place for a relaxing and memorable getaway.

Lovely property, the riverside infinity pool and views are very serene and peaceful. The interiors are luxurious and aesthetic. The caretaker was very helpful and friendly, good host team too. Thank you for hosting us. Will definitely visit soon again.

Rukmani is very helpful. I had a. One year old with me , She guided me as to what I can carry with me to prepare for her. What kitchen items are available that can be hellful for me.i requested an early check in. She managed to keep the place ready before we arrived. Felt very homely. My daughter enjoyed the pool and the place. She had enough space to move around and play. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place that’s homely safe and private.

Words aren’t just enough to describe our heartfelt stay at Sol Banyan/Tisya stays. Everything was beyond perfect including the property cleanliness, amenities and ambience. There is a different vibe to this place, just exactly what we wanted in this vacation. I would like to particularly thank Nishant for providing early check-in upon request and being so hospitable. I had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb property! The rooms and interiors are exactly as shown in the photos. I even extended my stay for one more night instead of going to or booking any resort. The double balcony is absolutely perfect, and the view is so peaceful. The place is incredibly well-maintained. The kitchen is fully equipped—you’ll find everything you need. Swiggy, Zomato, and Blinkit are all available at this location, which is super convenient. The staff member, Raj, is extremely helpful and kind. He always calls ahead and asks for permission before entering the house for cleaning. Special thanks to Raj! The hosts, Mishika and Shikha, are absolutely wonderful. Thank you both for being such great hosts. Had a memorable vacation, loved the stay, and would highly recommend this place!

I've stayed for 3 nights with my family and kids. The stay was bliss and we felt like home. The entire place with surrounded with green trees which made the ambient so pleasant. Thank you Nitin for being wonderful host.

It was a great place and great stay for us during our recent trip. Penthouse looked as in the listing and was clean. All rooms were very spacious and had thoughtful interiors. Location is very near to the beach and also near to very wide roads. Parking was available. All facilities inside the flat was very good. There was a big pool but we did not use it. Check-in & check-out were smooth. Kyle was very responsive and friendly. He had given some suggestions for food and shopping. Overall, me/ family enjoyed the stay and would definitely recommend this place.

Staying at this Airbnb was one of the best decisions we've made — truly a worthwhile experience! The way the studio has been set up is simply awesome. Every little detail has been thoughtfully taken care of, whether you're a couple or a small family on a short stay. From kitchen vessels, a gas stove, and tea bags to essentials like salt, pepper, an iron box, and even a mosquito bat (which we didn’t even need — the place was spotless and mosquito-free!), everything was perfectly arranged. The studio was incredibly hygienic, and the furniture and setup looked exactly like the photos — no surprises, just a warm, homely vibe that made us feel right at home. We genuinely loved this property from the bottom of our hearts. A big shout-out to our hosts, Merlin and Austin — two young, thoughtful individuals with great presence of mind. Everything is good in and wonderful because the co- host and tanvi was very helpful and they do great hospitality with the traveller, the room was very clean and every item of kitchen was there , my experience is very good with the apartment.

Ms Hema have been a great help starting from the time we informed her about our delay in checking in, identification of property etc., specially my every communication has been acknowledged and resolved ... We had the most wonderful stay here! The place was exactly as shown in the pictures, actually, even better in real life. It looked like something right out of a Pinterest board—thoughtfully done up, full of charm and aesthetics, and every corner felt like it was designed with love. It was spotlessly clean and so well maintained. Truly a premium property in every sense. Salil was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. I had mentioned that we were celebrating my baby’s first birthday, and to our surprise, he even sent over some sweets to make it extra special. It meant a lot! This place turned out to be everything I was hoping for and more. Honestly, we were so taken by the vibe that we didn’t feel like stepping out to explore much—just being indoors felt like a vacation in itself. Just know that this place is not close to any of the beaches or touristy spots—so plan accordingly. But if you’re looking to slow down and soak in a peaceful, beautiful space, this one’s a gem.

We arrived late at night, but thanks to her clear guidance on how to get there and check in, everything was smooth and hassle-free. She even stayed in touch to make sure we were settled in comfortably and recommended some great restaurants and experiences. The place itself is clean, cozy, and tucked away in a peaceful spot — perfect for unwinding. Despite being nestled away, we had no trouble finding cabs or getting around, and everything we needed was still nearby. It truly felt like the best of both worlds. I’d definitely recommend this stay and can’t wait to visit again soon!
