Old Wine Villa

Welcome to Paradise! Come stay at our cozy Villa with a splendid Atlantic ocean view by the infinity pool! This house was first built in 1932 and since then it has been know as "Casa do Vinho Velho", "The Old Wine House". My great-grand mother used to tell stories about the old man "Vinho Velho" and his passion for his wine and agriculture. The house has been updated but we have kept old features, like an old brick oven in the kitchen and 3 stone rocks for vine hanging in the living room!

O nosso conceito é a natureza no seu estado mais puro, desligando das tecnologias e do stress do dia a dia. Para poder desfrutar e interagir com a natureza na sua plenitude, retiramos dos abrigos todas as tecnologias, nomeadamente Wi-Fi e televisão. Apenas a receção tem Wi-fi. Os nossos abrigos ficam situados dentro do Parque Ecológico do Funchal, com uma área de 8 km2. O Parque possui vários percursos pedestres recomendados, Canyoning, um percurso de Enduro BTT, entre outras actividades.

An old house in Lombada, Ponta do Sol surrounded by mostly banana trees and other tropical fruit trees cultivated using organic farming methods, "levadas" and beautiful landscapes from the ocean to the mountains. NOTE: Guests are required to pay a tourist tax of €2 per night from 1st September 2024 up to a maximum of 7 nights. Children under the age of 13 are exempt. It has a garden with some fruit trees and a porch that allows you to relax and feel the breeze, while reading a book. You can prepare meals on the barbecue or kitchen, relax and watch TV in the living room, enjoy the comfort of the bedrooms, equipped with high-quality mattresses and take a very hot and restful shower.

A Fernandes House é uma casa nova (remodelada em maio de 2021) e esta localizada em Machico, na costa sul da ilha da Madeira, a 1,4 km da praia de areia amarela, a 5 minutos de carro do Aeroporto. O apartamento fica na parte inferior da moradia. Nós vivemos no piso superior e estamos sempre disponíveis para ajudar, mas dando toda a privacidade. Será um prazer recebe-los.
