Beautiful Townhouse a Stone's Throw from the Sea

In the Maddalena archipelago 5 km. from Palau : IUN: T3820 townhouse in residential complex consisting of: living room, equipped kitchenette, ( microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine...) two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other in a mezzanine (about 1:00 pm or so) with a double bed, plus a single bed. Children's camping bed and high chair Bathroom with shower and washing machine. Sheets and towels, bathroom and kitchen are provided upon request, at a cost of 15 euros per person per stay, to be paid by bank transfer a few days before arrival. The villa is equipped with air conditioning both in the living room and in the bedroom, Wi-Fi, Alexa Echo device, smart TV, access with its own credentials for Netflix and other channels, large terrace with table and chairs, small lawn. Private parking spot. Beautiful sea views and on clear days, in the distance you can see Corsica. Sandy free beach reachable on foot in a few minutes on foot. Nearby are the beaches of the Isola dei Gabbiani, equipped and free. Self check-in and video tutorials in Italian and English, to comfortably reach the house and to optimize your stay!! Also available for winter rentals at a price to be agreed upon. Due to the considerable increases in electricity costs, a lump sum per stay of 50 euros is required, to be paid by transfer at least 7 days before arrival.
