We have a double bed, two single beds and a very spacious and comfortable armchair bed. A spacious kitchen and dining room where guests will be very comfortable. We also have an internal garage in the building with direct access to the entrance hall. It has an additional cost of 15 USD. Located in the northern part of the city of Rosario, in the Arroyito neighborhood.

A product of the first wave of densification, the late 1890s house is part of a set of three houses built on the same lot by Spanish immigrants.
