This is a designer-furnished Granny Flat located at the back of our property, with its own private entrance and complete privacy. The pool, spa, and backyard are exclusively yours — no one else shares these spaces. Just so you’re aware, my wife and I live in the main house at the front. While you may occasionally hear us, we’re very quiet and respectful of your space. Your retreat is fully private, we absolutely respect that. It has all the comfortable amenities you need after a day of exploring the amazing world heritage Blue Mountains area. About 10 minutes drive to the famous three sisters, main shops and restaurants of Katoomba and Leura. Easy driving distance to all the major walks and sights. Private suite - incl breakfast in Heritage home

Built circa 1910 this Heritage listed home is a unique place to stay... loads of character and with all modern comforts. The 5 room guest suite is seperate from the rest of the home and consists of 2 bedrooms, a lounge with sofa bed, an office, a verandah and bathroom. The dining room is made available for use at breakfast time and a self service continental breakfast is Included in your stay. I only accommodate one booking at a time so you have exclusive use of the entire guest suite areas.

Surrounded by bush and abundant birdlife, this comfortable, self-contained studio has its own entrance and parking. It is on the lower level of Fernleigh, a lovely home on the edge of the magnificent Blue Mountains National Park. This private space overlooks the bush, a sanctuary from which to base for your mountain break. Recharge on the crisp mountain air, relax in the peaceful neighbourhood, just 7 minutes drive to Leura and Katoomba or a 37 minute walk from Katoomba Station.

World Heritage views, sunsets, moon

Monkey Creek sits high on a ridge with commanding south west views over World Heritage Blue Mountains and north east views across the canyons of Wollemi National Park. The Attic is a unique owner-built hut with cosy upstairs accommodation, open plan lounge, a large private deck designed for watching the spectacular sunsets and moonrises. Fully self contained. Price includes 2 guests / 2 nights minimum. Three night minimum on public holiday long weekends applies.

Leura Bolthole

Fully self contained 1 bedroom unit with own entrance, fully equipped kitchen. Breakfast items (bacon, eggs, tomatoes, butter, milk, bread of your choice) supplied for guest to prepare themselves at their leisure. (Stays for over 6 days, breakfast is only provided for the 3 days as nightly price are at a discounted rate) Warm and cozy in winter. Cool and airy in summer. The residence looks out into a private fenced off patio area, with garden and bush outlook.

The Granny Flat

The Granny Flat has all the comforts of home including separate bathroom and toilet, kitchen with plates, cups, cutlery etc, a fridge, electric frypan, toaster, coffee machine and kettle. Sit back on the comfy leather lounge and enjoy watching Foxtel on the large screen television. We have a lovely swimming pool which you are welcome to use. It is always pleasant sitting outside the Granny Flat enjoying your early morning cuppa listening to the birds.
