Ideaal gelegen midden in het bruisende Wyck (Hét gezelligste stadsdeel) met al zijn restaurantjes, cafe's, terassen en kleine winkels. Vlak bij het station (160m), de "Aw Brögk" (300m) en het Vrijthof en Onze Lieve Vrouwen Plein op een steenworp afstand. Voor de deur kun je laden en lossen en de auto parkeer je vlak bij (200m) in een parking van Q-Park voor € 16 per dag.

Liège and Tongeren are 9 km from the accommodation, while Maastricht is 18 km away. Liège Airport is 12 km away and Maastricht Airport is 25 km away. The nearest train station is less than 3 km away and there is a bus stop in front of the house.

The room has box spring beds, linen wardrobe, 2 bedside tables with a lamp, a seat with two armchairs and table. In the kitchen you can prepare your hot meal. The bathroom has shower cabin with rain shower, bathtub, sink with mirror cabinet and sockets and there is a toilet. Renting the entire 1st floor, with a total of 6 beds (and/or camping bed) is also possible . Broodhuis Kerkrade is 300 meters from the Germany boarder Downtown Aachen is 10 km away.

Peaceful bed and breakfast on the edge of the woods

We are delighted to welcome guests to our beautiful home built by us. It emanates a peaceful, harmonious energy. We call it "The House of Happiness", or "The House of Friends" because we particularly appreciate receiving our loved ones and having a good time together. Since 2020, it has been home to a third family member, our adorable Cooper, a super nice, welcoming Golden Retriever who is constantly in demand for affection.
