Waterfront vacation rentals in Lyngdal Municipality

Very nice, clean appartment and well located. He was very helpful with the TV and wifi. He also gave us some wonderful food from his bakery.

A great place to not only get to know southern Norway, but to live. The apartment offers everything you need, is very clean and is quietly located on a headland. It is also barrier-free, which was one of the reasons I chose this specific apartment. You step out of the apartment, sit down on a white garden chair and look at the fjord. It's so quiet that I could hear a car door slamming on the other side of the shore. My daughter and her friend found their place down at the fjord. They were allowed to take chairs from our place and had a wonderful place for their conversations. The town of Mandal with its shops is not far, but it is recommended to have your own car or a bicycle (bikes and e-bikes can be rented in Mandal at Sport 1). Mandal is a small place that has one or two picturesque streets. But there are also supermarkets, restaurants and snacks there.

We had a nice trip, no issues related to the accommodation, nice area!

A fantastic nice apartment, clean and tidy. Electric car charger on site where you pay via app worked fine. The apartment is connected to the hotel which has a restaurant and bar. Thanks for us, we'd love to be back.

We had a wonderful stay! The view from the living room is just fantastic and since we were there in early September, the surroundings were super quiet and relaxed. (Almost all the cottages around us were empty.) The place was very clean and tidy, Sissel was always available for questions and always responded quickly. You absolutely need a car there, walks were rather difficult due to lack of sidewalks. I definitely recommend the place for couples.

Elisabeth's apartment is exactly as described. It is modernly decorated and you feel at home. The view of the harbor is wonderful. Parking was also not an issue. Elisabeth was available at all times and responded quickly to messages. However, the house is extremely poorly soundproofed, so that in addition to the normal noises from above, which also do not disturb any further, the subwoofer is also extremely clearly audible. We would choose the place again at any time.

Nice apartment, Perfect for those who want to stay in the city center.

We were two families with 6 small children who got to rent the house for one night when we were traveling to the Zoo the next day. The photos match the reality, good communication with the host. The house was clean and organized. Nice peaceful and child friendly place. We felt like we're in home.

We spent 9 days at Lene's house, and we loved it very much. Even though the weather was mostly rainy and overcast, we enjoyed the spectacular view from the house. Nature around is stunning, going for a drive gives you a surprise at every turn of the road, there so many beautiful fjords. We were concerned about the street right next to the house, but the traffic is moderate and it didn't disturb us at all. The house is meticulously clean, and it looks the way you expect after seeing the images. Lene is very responsive and friendly, when we had a question about heating and using the stove, she came immediately out to show us how it works, and she gave us some helpful information about the area. All in all it was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely like to come again, maybe in spring when there is a better chance to have some sun.

Lovingly prepared traditional Norwegian house. The bathroom is completely modern and new - with a rain shower. Unfortunately, we had some bad luck with the weather and very rainy days, appreciated the cozy house and large sofa all the more for reading time. Good starting point for excursions: lighthouse, Farsund, hikes, … Good to know: For tall people, some caution is advised regarding the low door frames. Not accessible due to the door thresholds. Our dog loved the view into the large garden - and always waited for the deer to come back. We felt very comfortable. Thanks for sharing this beautiful place guests.

We are a family of 4, who had a small week in Erlend's house. We had such a great time, that we had to book an extra night. Erlend was then helpful in changing this. It was a really nice house and the area. Extra plus with a workout room with different workout equipment. Every night we enjoyed ourselves out on the outdoor living room by the roof terrace. Here it was a really nice view. The accommodation is close to the sea, forest and city centre. Nice area for family, several playgrounds and soccer balls etc. Erlend responded quickly and was welcoming and helpful. Recommend this place.

Honestly - totally wonderful spot! The house is beautiful and has lots of lovely little details. Just being able to open the door and drop into the sea was such a privilege. Amazing to be able to use the boat also. A beautiful house in a beautiful part of the world

After staying at 12 different AirBNb in Norway for the past three weeks, Turid’s home is probably our favorite. The location is stunning and the home is cozy and comfortable and rich with history. The home had everything for a comfortable stay. I would 100% want to come back and stay again!

Friendly and pleasantly received upon arrival. Tidy and nice apartment that appears to be private even if there are several apartments close. Nice outdoor area. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood with good hiking opportunities and walking distance to the city. Easy and quick communication with host. Would recommend.

Nice and clean newly furnished apartment. Well equipped kitchen, nice bathroom. Everything clean and tidy. Some people may think that there is some noise from the gas station across the street at night if you want to sleep early. We had a great time and would happily come back. Amalie was very nice and responded quickly when we had any questions.

Used the place as our last night on a trip and were very happy we chose this place. We could have stayed several days there had been a need 🙂 The host was accommodating when we arrived and provided guidance to local hiking areas. Thought maybe the cleaning amount was very high compared to other places in Norway. But we'd love to come back another time 🙂
