Vacation rentals in Lyman Reservoir

My husband and I always spend our wedding anniversary at a cabin in Pinetop. We got a new dog so this year we decided to get a private cabin instead of staying at a resort. What attracted us was the private yard for our bigger dog to run around since she doesn’t get that at home. She absolutely loved being in the backyard. She never wanted to come inside. And if she did, she would lay by the door and just look outside lol. Also the fire pit with lights on the trees was definitely our favorite part. This place had everything we needed and everything we forgot to bring. We forgot lotion and our kcups for our mornings. Now only did they provide Kcups but also half and half and sugar. It had the cutest coffee bar. We definitely needed lotion with the cold weather making our skin dry and in the bathroom cabinet was a big size of Aveeno. We were very grateful for that. The only thing we were bummed about was the fireplace wasn’t working. We plan on coming back again with our dogs.

Quiet, peaceful location. Cabin was clean, as pictured, and well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Pond setting was lovely. Great communication with the hosts. Would stay again if in Greer!

One of the coziest Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. Angie has thought of everything. From sweet handwritten notes to just the right amount of decor, linens, snacks, and special touches you can tell the cottage was crafted with guests in mind, not just thrown together and posted. It was warm, welcoming, and as a busy CEO and mom, it was exactly what I needed for a quiet weekend getaway to rest and recharge. I’d definitely come back again for another quiet weekend.

We had a very relaxing stay and enjoyed the pet friendly cabin. Would love to rebook in the future.

We were very comfortable, Shelly has lots of blankets and the couch was great. TV is good size and kitchen has everything you need. The bathroom is small but very clean and useable. Bed is comfortable and great sheets and pillows, we slept very well as it is a nice quiet location. Eager is a small place but great for the area and some easy day trips. We did the Mountain coaster at Sunrise Apache and was fun!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this residence and as before, it was excellent! We have stayed at two others in same location and they were not even close! Honey Bears is by far the best location to stay in this area! Rk

We had a wonderful three days. My daughter’s family was there with me. We all enjoyed sitting on the porch and relaxing in the cool weather. My grandsons loved the games available to play. Definitely want to go back!

THE perfect spot for a night to unwind before another 8 hour drive. The family dog Simba was so cute and gentle with my pup! Rhonda was soooo thoughtful!! She had the lights/heat on for my late arrival. I will definitely be back for a longer stay!

We sometimes travel with four donkeys and it is not easy to find new equine-friendly rentals. I looked at the location and the photos and saw the potential, so I reached out to James. Since we travel with our own portable corral panels, he said they would be welcome since there was plenty of space on the property to set them up! James’s place ended up being just right for both the donkeys and us! The cottage is super cute, and although only one bedroom, it is spacious! The kitchen is great, the master suite is great, the TV and recliners are huge and comfortable. We did see reviews with some folks complaining about aggressive dogs. This was a concern to us because we didn’t want to put our animals at risk. Our experience was that the dogs barked, but that’s it. They were safely contained behind a neighboring fence and we had no encounters with either the dogs or their owner. You will need to walk your dog on a leash (no fence), but there is a lovely path through the pasture for that!
