The place was exactly like how it was shown in the pictures , extremely safe and peaceful . The luxury and the helpful host security guards made the stay easy and we felt just like at home

Beautiful villa, lovely swimming pool. The rooms were lovely and had AC. Shame you couldn’t swim in the sea at the bottom of the garden. There was a cooked in the living area, this did not work. The food from the menu was expensive , so we didn’t eat there

We booked 'A place' for a group of 6. The place was exactly as seen in pictures. 'Dilan' - the host was always available for questions. He gave us a good tour and encouraged to use all the amenities. The home caretaker 'Anusha' was on the property 24*7 and available to assist in the group activities and daily chores. We were also introduced to a local guide 'Champika' who virtually got everything done for us. Since, we didn't speak Singalese, Dilan and Champika made sure all our needs were taken care of. Over all: - Great place and Stay - Friendly and helpful Host - Excellent care taker and his availability - Very reliable and trustworthy people - No hidden charges or trying to squeez extra It was a wonderful experience over all. I highly recommend this place for a Professional meeting, Family or friends get together. Nice and Quite with access to the beach right there!! And most importantly - 'Friendly, trustworthy and reliabile' people for a stay in a foreign country!!!

Nice clean apartment by the sea with a lovely shared pool. we stayed 1 night after a long flight and it was the perfect place. not far from the airport, beautiful view of the sea and nice pool to cool down with the kids. guards at the entrance were very helpful and always smiling. the host vas very responsive and provided us lots of useful information. the location is peaceful and surrender by restaurants. a small supermarket is available at walking distance. Our regards to Mr Sam Fonseka, the driver/tour guide who lives nearby. Despite being unsuccessful in selling us any of his tours, he truly made us smile during our stay 😁I wish him well with his business. I recommend this apartment! 100%

Can’t recommend Don’s apartment enough if you’re visiting Colombo/Negombo. The apartment was absolutely spotless and had everything you needed. Don himself was very helpful and always quick to reply. Beautiful setting, with the swimming pool and gym facilities on the roof - again, very clean and peaceful. Whilst the apartment is outside of the busy cities, there’s plenty of shops close and Uber/ Pick me also operate in the area- with prices to Colombo and Negobo between £2 to £5. Thanks Don!

A very peaceful getaway, lots of space to relax and use of both pools without other guests. Sharmila was very responsive and helpful during the booking process, and Sunil was on site when we arrived to guide us to the villa and help us settle in. Highly recommend this place, it’s good value for money for the amenities offered and we left feeling relaxed and refreshed. We liked being able to be fully self catering and as there were no other guests it was extremely private. Thanks and we are looking forward to coming back!

A beautiful room just like the pictures. Nice and clean, modern, with good air con and wifi. The building has a nice rooftop pool overlooking the bay, perfect for relaxing. There’s plenty of nice restaurants nearby and a bar or 2 if you fancy a few drinks. I would definitely stay there again.

This was the Perfect Place to spend our last night in Sri Lanka before an early flight back home. So beautiful, so peaceful and the staff is just wonderful. We would always book again after arrival or before departure.

We had a great 3 nights, we had a friendly welcome and they were very helpful If we needed anything it was attended to ASAP which made our stay great A special thank you to Ruwan and his wife for all their help in taking our luggage up to the third floor and back down when it was time for us to leave, which was an extreme help.
