Once used for horse carriages, I converted this into a fully self-contained tiny house/guest suite. (It has a kitchenette; however it is not suitable for large scale, full course cooking.) Spectacular views of North mountain, nestled in the famed fertile Annapolis Valley. Peach tree growing region. Railway turned nature trail practically across the street, perfect for cycling into town.

A beautiful open plan living space, high end bathroom, all rustically finished . 400sq ft-this is slightly larger than a ‘tiny home’, however minimal space 4 storage/luggage ,also note 5.10 ceiling in bedroom area

Nestled in the woods, accessible year round. Very private & quiet. No hunting on this property but enjoy great fishing. Pizza & burger take-out just 10 min away. Lots of water close by for kayaking/canoeing. ATV trails just a few km away. Firewood supplied. Please bring your own drinking / wash water. Pets welcome, but Not on the furniture unless you’ve brought a cover. Never leave pets unattended. No running water. Outhouse/toilet facility. Bring your own disposable propane tank if BBQ’ing.

The Shore Shack
Shore Shack is a newly construction timber frame cabin on the Atlantic Ocean. Beautiful views and direct oceanfront. A Sandy beach within walking distance (at the end of Sand Beach road). The town of Liverpool is a five minute drive away. Very private! Whitepoint, Carter's and Summerville beach all a short drive away. A four person hot tub was added in March 2022. Enjoy the day exploring the shores and endless ocean views on land or in one of the kayaks or canoes provided. Spend the evenings with your favorite drink (and people) around the bonfire. However you decide to spend your time, we hope you enjoy your stay at this tranquil and picturesque island escape.

Cozy Cottage on South Shore. 30 min from Halifax!
A very cozy and peaceful place to base any vacation on the South Shore out of. Very close to hiking and ATV trails. No visible neighbors from the yard, lots of wildlife. Large parking areas. Interior is a mixture of new and re purposed materials. Appliances are small but functional, all the comforts of home but smaller. Double bed is incredibly comfortable. Newly built in 2021 as a place to hideaway in nature. Set on a private wooded 9 acre lot with lake access to Powers Pond. We have two Kayaks available for use. There are many walking trails on the property for you to explore nature! The contemporary and rustic features of the cottage highlight country living in Herring Cove Village, just 15 minutes to the city of Halifax. Stay put and relax in the hot tub or Herring Cove has hiking, sight seeing, ocean views, and local places to eat.
