Very clean, modern, practical accommodation with good bedding and everything you need in the accommodation. Small flaw, it is in the village and not with sea views, and maybe a certain proximity to the neighbors of the mobile home opposite. Unfortunately we did not have one at that time. Maja was a very pleasant and responsive host even at a late hour, we thank her. Very good stay in their home.

Very nice, clean place in the quiet village of Betina, everything worked out fine with the landlord, requests were handled immediately. Of course, at this time (November) there are not so many offers from restaurants, etc., but in Murter there are also very good restaurants at this time, and they are just a few minutes away. We (couple with dog) spent beautiful 10 days in Ana and Ivan's bungalow G4 from the end of May to the beginning of June. The whole place was very clean. The fact that the hair dryer, clothes rack, Nespresso coffee maker, etc. were also very convenient. The kitchen was very well equipped with dishwasher, large fridge (with freezer compartment), stovetop and everything you need to cook (plates, cooking pots, pans, cheese grater, bottle opener, strainer, etc.). Basic foods such as sugar, vinegar, oil, spices are to be brought with you. But it's no problem - there are some supermarkets nearby. At night we slept with the window tilted and could listen to the sea. The terrace with a direct view of the sea was a dream! Ana and Ivan are very attentive and friendly hosts. They were always very responsive to messages and inquired several times if everything was right or if we needed anything. They gave us tips on excursions, restaurants, ... Conclusion: It couldn't get any better! :-

The apartment was very nice with an indescribably beautiful view of the sea from the balcony and even from the bed. The house has a direct entrance to the footpath by the sea and has some restaurants and shopping nearby. Beautiful Paclenica National Park is minutes away. The apartment was very well equipped and the hosts very friendly and helpful! We would come back anytime.

Jure and Jure's parents were very hospitable and extremely attentive hosts. Jure was available at all times and responded very quickly and kindly. The very large terrace and view are an absolute highlight 🌞 Lovely, quiet location! The amenities of the place are a bit outdated, but value for money is great, so we would definitely recommend :)

Idyllic location by the sea, with private terrace facing olive tree, peace, quiet, crystal turquoise sea in close proximity. There is space for 4-5 people in a suite that works small. I recommend.

The place is just magical! Everything perfectly clean, Marina and Famielie are all super nice and warm! We got many tips for the area without asking. The beds are extremely comfortable and the highlight is definitely the sunset on the balcony, as well as the fantastic garden with fresh khaki, pomegranates and much more. We will be back for sure❤️❤️❤️

We had a wonderful stay on the island of Rab. The house is only 2 minutes walk from the beach – the perfect location for a relaxing bathing holiday. It was particularly pleasant that there were no direct neighbors, so we could enjoy our time completely undisturbed. The house was very clean, well appointed and comfortable. We will definitely be happy to come back! Definitely recommend!

Had a great stay at Lidija's! She was incredibly helpful, responded super quickly to any questions, and asked regularly if everything was okay – really an excellent host service. The house itself was perfectly equipped: a fully equipped kitchen, bikes, a shuttlecock set, a pool and even a hot tub – we didn't miss anything. A small downside: The wifi on the upper floor was a bit weak. On the ground floor and outside, on the other hand, it ran flawlessly with up to 250 Mbps – so absolutely sufficient. Very clean and spacious accommodation. There were four of us with a dog in unfortunately not so nice weather (regular weather). That's why we were able to stay in the house very nicely, and everyone had their space. We felt very comfortable, and Nina was a very helpful host. However, the surroundings did not promise us so much, it was (probably also due to the season) everything as extinct (despite Easter week). A small kiosk and a small bistro were the only thing within walking distance. All in all it was a very relaxing short trip. Thank you Nina.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Leona, it looked like in the photos and communication with questions or problems was spotless We will be happy to come back. We particularly liked the view on the beach with private access In any case, it turns out !

Our family vacation was perfect. Everything was just the same as the photos. The amenities in the house were lacking in nothing. The house was really very clean. The location was quiet and it was really just a few steps to the sea. The pool was cleaned several times early in the morning. After a week's stay, new linens were offered. Replacement towels were in the closet. There were small shops in the village. For larger purchases we drove 15 min to get everything. There are also nice restaurants in the village - great. Contact with Tomislav and Marta on site went smoothly. Marta was always accessible and gave us tips ! All in all, I can recommend this place purest heart, it was really fantastic.

Great place to stay. When we asked for a second cot for our two babies, Anastasija made sure that we have everything we need.

The location of the apartment was perfect for our holiday. Right on the beach, quiet and yet excursions to Zadar or the national park were still quickly accessible by car. Dragica was very friendly and always quick to reach. The apartment is well equipped and the barbecue on the terrace downstairs has beautified us an evening or two😊.

Jelica is a very pleasant and helpful host. The apartment is clean and well equipped. Metajna is a small and quiet village; the sea is clean and beautiful.

We really enjoyed our time in Zadar, the appartement was very clean and it matches the description, close to the city center, very beautiful view of the port. The host was very helpful, our friend forgot an important item in the house and she didn’t hesitate to help, she sent it to France by post the next day. I highly recommend Belmont Realty.

When booking an internet listing, what we experienced here is a very rare and extremely good thing: based on the listing (photos and text), we arrived at a much more wonderful property than the imaginary place. Everything was as it was described, but even better: it was seen that they were constantly looking after the place, both in furniture and in the garden and in other outdoor spaces. A little diamond is this place in a calm, peaceful bay on the water. Our host was very helpful, helpful in everything and very kind and patiently tolerated our questions, problems, and solved everything. The environment is tidy, the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, you could really relax and relax here. Jurica's parents live on the plot and received us very hospitably. They were very committed to us. Jurica herself was very quick to respond, which made us feel nice. The house with beach access and parking gave us a real holiday feeling. Highly recommendable!
