We invite you to a cottage where, instead of a TV, your attention will be drawn to panoramic windows overlooking the forest right from a comfortable bed. On the terrace, you will be greeted by a squirrel and a neighbor's cat, in the morning you will be awakened by birdsong, and in the evening the starry sky will take your breath away. We built our cottages on the edge of the 430-year-old village of Ciotusza Nowa, where the Sopot River has its source (hence the name of the cottage). The private forest connects with the forests of the Krasnobrodzki Landscape Park. The area is ideal for hiking and biking.

The premises are located in a renovated historic tenement house in the city center near the railway and bus stations. Stylishly arranged for a large number of guests. Additional beds can be arranged. Complete equipment with access to the gym. For smaller or larger groups of people. Nearby you will find the old town, grocery stores and restaurants. Parking space in the closed courtyard of the tenement house. Entrance to the premises from the yard. Please let us know in advance if you would like to use the gym.

The summer house in Roztocze (Solska Forest) is the perfect place to cut yourself off from the outside world and relax with the whole family. In addition to the cottage itself, there is also an ApiDomek, where you can use Apitherapy in the form of air inhalation straight from the hive. Don't worry, the cottages are designed in such a way that guests from having direct contact with the bees (there is a separating mesh). This contemporary work by the Bieszczady artist-sculptor Robert Górka combines the advantages of a tiled stove, i.e. radiating heat, and a fireplace - the opportunity to admire the fire. Proportional, elegant, set on a marble base, perfectly matching cast-iron doors, it was created based on vintage tiles, and inside there is a firebox built using Zduń methods.
