House vacation rentals in Ludlow

We had a friend get together for the Easter weekend and we had the most amazing time. The house exceeded our expectations. The social areas were great and very spacious. There was loads to do at the house - swim, sauna, games room, books, relax etc. There were good walking routes listed with clear directions and the pub recommendations were spot on. Red kite were wonderful with communication and replied to messages almost instantly.

The house and gardens were absolutely perfect for our annual get together. From multiple spacious living spaces and a well equipped kitchen to comfortable bedrooms the whole house is exceptionally well thought out and a real home from home. The real standout though is the outside space. We spent lots of afternoons and evenings outside on the patio under the gorgeous pergola or in the hot tub and the space is peaceful with beautiful views across to the Malvern hills. Dionne and Mark were superb hosts and very responsive to any questions we had. All in all a fantastic week and we are all keen to revisit the house soon.

We LOVED our stay here! The home is fabulous, so many spacious rooms to explore, each one decorated in a great way. The outdoor space is amazing, and was such a highlight of our stay, from the stunning countryside views, the lush pool, the immaculate sauna out building (a hot tub on the balcony or outside would be a cherry on top of a delicious cake). We also loved that the house was so well stocked in the kitchen and cupboards throughout the house, which made it easier and more enjoyable to just chill at the house. Everyone said that they're beds were super comfy too. The neighbours were very welcoming and helpful too, it was a lovely start to our stay meeting Les! It was easy to communicate with the host, and they messaged us 24 hours before check out to let us know we could check out later which was fab. Would definitely recommend staying here with a big group, plenty of space for everyone with a fab social dining table. Diolch yn fawr

Lovely barn in the country within easy access of the Brecon Beacons and the Wye valley. Emma and Daniel were really responsive and very helpful.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Coach House! It was exactly as described and very comfortable. Charlie and Peter were great hosts and had thought of everything. We loved the overall vibe of the house and garden - it’s very Soho Farmhouse chic - and there were even eggs from the local chickens there for us to enjoy. We all said how much we’d love to come back and stay again, and will definitely be recommending it to our friends!

Beautiful house in a lovely setting. As you'd expect, not a lot of entertainment immediately locally outside of the house other than walks (be warned footpaths are not maintained and impassible in places) but you don't book a place like this if you want hustle and bustle. Pool, hot tub and fire pit all great. Games room is in a separate building to the main house and so wasn't used as much as perhaps otherwise could have. Hosts are great and very welcoming, but they do live right next door which might not be everyone's cup of tea. It wasn't a big issue for us and we were left to our own devices. Spotlessly clean and well maintained. Hosts very accommodating if required and good communication 👍

Spacious and comfortable house for our family of 6 during a rainy February half term. The main reason to rent this place was the pool and sauna which didn’t disappoint and was great for our kids. There is a builder’s merchant right next door to the house which isn’t obvious from the photos but was not a particular problem with respect to noise etc. Lots of great walks nearby - which we will have to rediscover in the future in better weather! Thanks to Phoebe and the owners for making us feel welcome and for being available and responsive to our questions.

We had absolutely wonderful stay at Little Canwood House in such a peaceful setting! The spacious kitchen, cozy living areas, and fun games room made it perfect for both relaxing and entertaining during our Easter holiday 🐰🐣 The welcome hamper was a lovely surprise—our dog especially enjoyed hers too! Charmaine and Andrea were incredibly helpful and responsive. Highly recommended for a relaxing rural getaway with family, friends, and pets!

We managed the get this booking very last minute and we weren’t disappointed in the slightest, the rooms were beautiful, so much space including the garden. It had everything we needed. We really loved the decor. But for us the hosts made the trip. So thoughtful and considerate, and despite our own lack of packing skills, kindly sorted us out, truely grateful, such a kind gesture. Really great communication and ensuring we had everything we needed throughout. Definitely looking to stay again!

Great place and great hosts. Sarah welcomed us and gave us all the information we needed. We enjoyed the walks from the Coach House and seeing the lambs. The kitchen was very well equipped. The bedrooms were very spacious.

I had such a great stay. This house is a true definition of home to home. It had everything we needed, lots of space, I slept amazing (super comfy bed), it was pristine clean and Jonny was super responsive to any questions I had. I will be booking this property again.

Perfect for me and the dog for a couple of nights whilst we were on a course. Good walks near by. Local shops, take aways, pubs and convenient for M42 and M5. Good shower, cosy sofa and a really comfy bed.

it was a good place to stay as I was up doing introductions to the son I was adopting so had three adults and my toddler son to meet his new brother. I will definitely book again when I'm up in Wolverhampton again

I returned to my childhood area in Telford as unfortunately my mother is currently going through cancer surgery and treatment. The house enabled me to have a quiet and comfortable stay during a difficult time with easy access to family, Princess Royal hospital and Morrisons supermarket. The house has everything needed and I will certainly be rebooking as the cancer treatment continues - a much more relaxed stay than being in a hotel room would have been. Many thanks and I highly recommend to others.

We had a fabulous 3 night stay at Chloe's house in lovely Bishops Castle and are already planning to return. It's an ideally located property, perfectly proportioned with big bedrooms and having two bathrooms very much appreciated. Excellent showers with great water pressure. It's well appointed and comfortable - we all commented on how well we slept - and so conveniently situated. On street parking was no problem in the immediate vicinity and we enjoyed walks to Clun (super castle, river, pubs, and a v pretty village) and to the Powys Inn an easy 2.5 mile wander away. Evenings and dinners on the incredible terrace at the Castle Hotel with the best views you could imagine were a real highlight, and only a very short walk from the front door of the house. Chef's kiss to the whole wonderful weekend ❤️

This house is in a great location and just a 5 minute walk from the town centre. The communication from Richard and Jan both before and during the stay was excellent and the house was clean, tidy and as described. Thoroughly recommend this property and the hosts.

Had a wonderful weekend celebrating 60th birthday with grown up ‘kids’. Accommodation was perfect - spacious kitchen and dinning area, good games room, lovely lounge and nice modern bedrooms. Location was beautiful and peaceful - need a car to get to pubs shops restaurants etc but that was no issue. Weather was helpful being April - sunny and springlike which allowed us to enjoy the gardens and surrounding area.

Came here for my wife’s birthday weekend. Started with just us, the dog and the baby which the place was perfect for a little family break but for the last 2 nights a family member had the baby and our friends arrived and we had a great time in the hot tub, at the local pubs and walking and boating in the lake. The place was gorgeous and we had to perfect weather to make use of the spacious garden and bbq. Couldn’t fault the place, we met Deri’s mother Marg and the two farm dogs Max and Jess and they couldn’t have been friendlier. Couldn’t have been happier and we will hopefully be back!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully equipped home in Malvern. As a group of six women on a relaxing getaway, the house was absolutely perfect for our needs. The space was spotless, tastefully decorated, and had everything we could possibly need—from a fully stocked kitchen to cozy bedrooms and a comfortable living room. The setting was truly stunning. Nestled in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the house offered breathtaking views and a peaceful, quiet location that made it easy to unwind and enjoy nature. We especially loved starting and ending our days in the hot tub, soaking in the scenery and serenity around us. The host was responsive and thoughtful, providing clear instructions and helpful local tips. We left feeling recharged and would happily return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing, scenic escape in Malvern.
