Welcome to our Top floor Sunny apartment where privacy is a guarantee. Centrally located, close to all the infrastructure. The supermarket, coffee/ ice cream shop is 50 steps from the building. The nearest beach of Lucija town is 5 min walk away. The Portorož beach is 10 min walk from the apartment. The apartment is located on the top 5th floor of a municipal building with a nice view. In 2025 The building has been equipped with a new elevator(Only 70 cm wide) Private parking box available.

We had such a great stay at Marjana's. The house, pool, outdoors is just amazing!! She is a very kind and helpful person. The views from the house are so beautiful and we really enjoyed the quietness. The house is very big with plenty of space and all you might need. We hope to stay again soon!
