We had a great time in Chartres at Marie's who very kindly welcomed us with small touches. We loved it. The accommodation is very well located close to the cathedral, the train station and a large park. Great for families. In addition, the accommodation is quiet and very clean. Stunning apartment in the heart of Chartres. The interior is very tastefully decorated with a well equipped kitchen good beds quality linen and comfortable lounge furniture. The view of the cathedral from the living room tops off a great Airbnb. Really enjoyed staying the night here with our young kids, would consider a return visit to the city if we can stay here again! Ludovic's place was wonderful! It was spacious enough to spend a couple of days and explore the town. My sister and I wanted a quiet getaway within a town where there were still things to do, Chartres was perfect and staying at Ludovic's made it convenient and peaceful. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in Chartres and wants to be close (walkable enough) to the town centre shops, restaurants, and train station.

We had a lovely stay at Fabien's place. Very clean, good location, quiet. View of the cathedral from the amazing living room. Flexibility of schedules appreciable. The only downside is the pillows that are too soft for our taste but it's unique to everyone 🙃

The stay at Marielle's went great, the accommodation was nice and matched the description and expectations. Marielle was responsive to each of our requests responding to us within a minute to each issue. Very nice exterior which we were able to enjoy thanks to the nice weather. A home full of memories that allowed us to create our own. Feel free to book!

Great stay in a spacious, clean and very pleasant accommodation. Two bathrooms and large, very convenient dressing rooms. The internet connection (fiber) works perfectly, which is rare! The setting is peaceful, surrounded by nature with activities to do indoors and outdoors depending on the weather. Hosts are very responsive, accommodating for check-in and check-out, and really kind. If I had to report a detail, there were a few hangers missing in the cabinets, but we didn't mind. Note for bikers or scooters: access is via a gravel path, a little tricky on two wheels, but nothing dramatic. I highly recommend it!

Pleasant stay at Celine's. The house tastefully renovated, quiet, very clean is very well equipped. We just missed a freezer/freezer and 2 good extra chairs to gather the 8 guests at the table. But we adapted. And these details have been compensated by the many touches present in the house (tea, coffee, all the basics, many toys and games... and even a pharmacy kit just in case!) The outdoor space, with the garden and terrace, allowed us to make the most of this pleasant spring weekend. The city center to the cathedral is easily accessible on foot, even with children, in less than 20 minutes. No direct or phone contact with Celine ( lockbox), but she answers any questions you may have via Airbnb. The ENJOY house is a good address that we recommend.

Spacious house with many bedrooms, great games room and lovely garden. We had such a lovely time here. Sandrine communicated quickly and was very nice & helpful.

We had a wonderful time at Marianne’s place! A spacious house, with lots of light, comfortable and quiet. Great for families with kids because of the play area right in front of the house and lots of toys inside. Many places around to visit with kids (within 30 min drive). Marianne is an amazing host, very friendly and efficient, she gave us lots of recommendations where to go and what to see, was always in touch for all the questions about the house.

We spent the whole weekend with my family in the largest home in Virginia. This one was only for sleeping. However, everything went very well. Peaceful and charming environment.

Our week's stay at Geneviève’s condo was absolutely perfect! We received a warm welcome as she greeted us upon arrival, had stocked the fridge with some essentials - milk, yogurt, butter, jam - as well as coffee, a fresh baguette, and a bouquet of fresh flowers. We didn't expect such a warm welcome! It's a perfect location in old Chartres, with narrow cobblestoned streets, a short walk to the cathedral and many lovely shops and restaurants. The condo itself was absolutely charming, with beautiful furniture, and an updated kitchen and bathroom. Everything was pristine and neat, with lots of space to store our clothes and toiletries. The bed was super comfortable, with high quality bed linens, and the neighborhood was quiet. Upon arrival, we asked for suggestions for dinner. Not only did she recommend a great restaurant (Racine), Geneviève's husband, Georges, made reservations for us. Above and beyond! Thank you, Geneviève, for sharing your lovely home with us!

Chartres is amazing, however visiting Chartres and getting the opportunity to stay in this apartment is truly magical. The apartment is so comfortable you will not want to leave. It has everything, so comfortable and peaceful yet minutes to the old town amongst the visitors, shops and numerous eateries. This was our second visit with our trusted dog and we returned due to the amazing apartment but also the host. She is amazing. Plan and come to this place. You will never regret it.

We met Anne when we arrived. She was friendly and wanted our stay in Chartres to be a success. She had great suggestions for our stay. We found the apartment to be charming and absolutely spotless. The apartment was just a couple of blocks away from the city center and about a 15-20 minute walk to the train station. Paris was an easy commute. We didn't have to use our rental car at all while we were in Chartres! Thank you, Anne, for making our stay in Chartres so pleasant!
