House vacation rentals in Luang Nuea

I think this can be used as the last night's stay, because there are not many shops near the accommodation, it takes about 8-10 minutes to walk to the 7-11 on the road, it's a little dark on the road and it feels a little unsafe, but it's only a 10-minute drive from the airport, which is very convenient!!!The floor is a little dusty, I think it can be cleaned better, and the bed is too soft, as long as the person next to the pillow turns around, it's like an earthquake😅, but I think the Hostess's service is very good, she answers all questions, and the response speed is quite fast, each room in the house has an air purifier, and there is a big TV in the living room with very good sound and picture quality, and there is free water and drinks in the refrigerator, but alcohol is charged!Finally, there is a large swimming pool where friends and family can play, eat, and chat together. I think it's quite recommended overall!

Had a wonderful stay at Jorge’s place. The entire team that manages the property was so responsive and helpful, which made all the difference. There were plenty of amenities for a comfortable stay. The pool and lawn area were great with kids! The only note I would make is that I felt either a car or motorbike was absolutely necessary. There is a 7-eleven, pharmacy, and restaurant somewhat nearby, but the road is narrow and no sidewalk with the cars zooming by. It was doable but not encouraging for an everyday walk, especially if the weather wasn’t cooperating.

The unit is squeaky clean, looks exactly like the pictures posted in the listing. The host is easy to talk to and giving clear instructions. Definitely perfect for vacation. :)

I had a fantastic stay at this villa! The host Golf was incredibly nice and always quick to respond whenever I had questions or needed assistance. The villa itself is set in a lovely environment, offering great facilities that made my stay comfortable. Its central location made it very convenient to reach various sightseeing spots. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a pleasant getaway!

I had such a wonderful stay at Jin's place! Very relaxing, lovely garden and house surrounded by fruit trees. A great neighbourhood too, not too far from town, and the Chiang Mai - Lamphun road was very fun during Songkran. The whole family including doggie is super sweet and I felt very peaceful there. Thank you!

Stayed at Hong's place for 5 nights, super super responsive host that also gave us some great local food recommendations :) A little more mosquitoes this time round bcos of the rainy season, but it wasn't an issue if you stay indoors! Plus the airbnb was well equipped with all kinda of mosquito repellent/swatter/spray etc :")) A great location to stay at, easy to get around with the Bolt/Grab app! Excellent house . A short 20 minute drive from the centre . And 5 minutes away from the mountains. A great coffee shop at the end of the road serving croissants and cakes. Pizza & pasta options nearby if you want a break from Thai food . We used Grab which was straightforward. The kitchen is well equipped, comfy beds and a huge tv to watch. We loved the design of the pool as it wrapped around the house. The property is located in a gated development with security on site so you and your guests will be safe and secure .

Noey and Kratai are very attentive, responsive and speedy reply. Clear instruction is given and always fulfil our request. 5 rooms with 5 toilets are great! Save time for preparation of 8 pax.

Overall I had a brilliant stay, hosts are very responsive and helped me out massively with my visa. Host was super friendly and responsive. I will definitely be returning and would recommend the hosts 🫶

There are many very nice and old trees in the yard, there is an oversized fish pond, a lot of nice carp, the sunset in the evening is beautiful, the big kitchen boiling has gas, there is daily cleaning, cleaning the yard, picking up the yard in the evening, a lot of outdoor table and chairs, you can freely choose to eat and drink tea in different scenery, we stayed for 7 days, the outside spots and restaurants are not as nice here, really is the feeling of living in the scenery, so much

Our family of 5, had a great stay at this wonderful property. The host and caretakers were very kind, supportive, and went the extra mile to ensure our stay was memorable. The property is surrounded by streams and a waterfall. We hiked every day, had camp fires at night, and loved the background sound of the waterfall throughout the day and night. We did have the caretakers provide some of our meals, and the food was very good. They even gifted our children with Thai carry bags, which our children now cherish. This is a beautiful property, which is operated and maintained by an excellent staff. We will be back!

This is a wonderful Airbnb in the countryside an hour outside of Chiang Mai. The three of us stayed here after a day of exploring Doi Inthanon National Park, and this Airbnb is about a 90 minute drive away. Check in was so easy, Kannika was waiting for us as we pulled our car into the lot. Super personal. We were the only people staying that night. She made us feel comfortable and made us a gorgeous dinner of pizza and wine! The location is perfect. A wonderful escape from the bustle of the city in nature. Please keep in mind that this is a campground, so the level of cleanliness is different from a resort or formal hotel. Our room was beautiful, relaxing, and gave us everything we needed for the perfect staycation ❤️

We had a wonderful stay at Jeffrey's place and truly loved it. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. The garden is well-maintained and beautiful, making it a great spot to relax outside. The area has a charming countryside feel, surrounded by lush greenery, banana and coconut trees, and rice fields. The drive to Chiang Mai’s central areas is reasonable, about 25-30 minutes to the more distant parts of the city. Jeffrey is an incredibly kind and helpful host—an outstanding host overall! If we are ever in the area again, we would definitely love to stay here again.

We loved the house and location. A great place to serve as a base for exploring Chiang Mai or just relaxing and enjoying the immediate surroundings (quiet, yet lots of nice cafes, restaurants, an art centre, etc).

The place is in a great location, fairly clean, and very walkable in the old city. Very easy access to transportation and local food and night bazaar. The location itself was very cozy, great AC and very comfortable bed after walking all day. We would recommend it to anyone staying in the old city.
