There is a large sitting room/dining area with a sofa, occasional chairs, TV/DVD player, plus dining table and chairs. The fully equipped kitchen includes a hob, oven, fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. Free WiFi. Welcome Pack of tea, coffee, sugar, milk and some home made goodies. A peaceful cottage for independent living, light, airy and in the country with plenty of secure parking. Pipehouse is a pretty hamlet and is ideally placed to discover Bath, the Cotswolds, Oxford, Longleat, Stonehenge, Salisbury, Stourhead, the Jurassic Coast, Wells and Cheddar. My husband is a qualified instructor and offers clay pigeon shooting. There is a 2 night minimum requirement at weekends (ie: Friday and Saturday or Saturday and Sunday) between 1st May and 2nd January each year.

New, modern space that lets in the sun! Great location for Bath, Bradford on Avon and the local countryside. This is a self-contained 'guest wing' as an annex to our own home with one double bedroom (kingsize bed), open plan sitting room and dining area, bathroom 'wet room', full kitchen and balcony overlooking the garden. You have your own private entrance with lockbox for the key but we are just next door if you need to ask us any advice or need to borrow any further amenities.

A quaint, pretty little cottage in a no-through lane built in 1823. Sleeps 4 + baby. Village location which is ideally placed to explore the local area and many interesting and historic places; close to Bath, Bradford on Avon and Longleat. Train stations close by. 1 well behaved dog welcome (for 2 dogs please message first). Gardens back and front with table and chairs and a barbecue. Parking for 2 cars. Newly refurbished, self-contained room with private access and exclusive use of the back garden. The town centre and train station are a short walk making this the perfect location to explore the town itself, Bath & beyond. You will also benefit from onsite parking - rare with a property so close to town. We are very close to restaurants and cafes but the kitchen unit gives you the flexibility to cook at home if you want a cosy evening in!
