The house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac of a small vacation area on the edge of the Giant Mountains National Park with an electric gate and private playground. Shops are within walking distance. Many activities such as skiing (Karpacz 8 km or Sklarska Poreba 22 km), hiking, mountain biking or motorcycling, shopping (Jelenia Gora 9 km), mine, miniature country, Wild West town, toboggan run, palaces, castle ruins.

House for up to 14 people with a large garden, patio, barbecue area and parking. The whole area is fenced. The ground floor of the home is tailored to the needs of people with disabilities. We offer you 10 beds in 5 bedrooms and 4 extra beds - sofa beds. We can provide a crib with a mattress and linens for the baby. We also accept stays of up to two dogs. The house has a spacious living room with a fully equipped and functional kitchen, a dining room, 3 bathrooms and a sauna.

A newly built wooden house is a short drive from Chojnik Castle (green trail about 2 km). The house is located on the edge of the beautiful and picturesque village of Zachelmie, above Hotel Chojnik in which you will find the Restaurant ( about 400m). We are a few steps away from the huge bike range, as well as countless forested trails and hiking trails. We are located roughly in the middle of the road between Szklarska Poręba (about 17km) and Karpacz (about 18 km).

At the foot of the "Wielka Sowa "at 450m , there is the possibility to use pool and tennis court & fitness. This part takes you with the guests from the Sowia Dolina to the neighboring property .

The house is rented in its entirety, together with a fully furnished garden ( gazebo, barbecue, smokehouse, garden kitchen, bread oven).
