A cottage with a fenced-in area (about 1300m), well arranged, spacious with a fire pit and children's playground. Two properties for up to 10 people. It's a perfect place to unwind in harmony with nature, surrounded by forests and meadows, hiking and biking trails. Peace, quiet, intimacy, amazing vibe! A beautiful view of Mount Ślęża and Radunia from the house.

The marina has a pizzeria, a fish fryer and a bar overlooking the water. The rental includes a paddle boat or kayak with a small electric motor for communication with the land. Important!! There is no access from the mainland. Check-in by motorboat or kayak.

The house is located 100 meters from the lake with beaches, volleyball court, playground and gym. Close to hiking and biking trails.
