Our stay was amazing, plenty of room to accommodate everyone in a super cozy home for a great relaxing mountain getaway.

This home was the perfect stay for a long weekend trip. It was in a very central area to all the surrounding places I was hoping to visit. The neighborhood was quiet and had cute wildlife to view such as deer and abundant bird species. The home itself was the right size for my pup Grady, my mom (who got to explore Jim Thorpe area for the first time!!) and myself. It was clean and felt cozy. We had a fantastic time on the lake at Nick’s house! House was huge and easily accommodated a big group plus had lots of activities, ping pong and pickleball nearby. The house was perfect for our weekend away and we’d definitely come back!

We booked Rachael's place to house visiting filmmakers who travelled from LA to present their film at the 8th annual Jim Thorpe Independent Film Festival. The house is spacious and tastefully decorated and is centrally located and only a 3 minute walk from the Mauch Chunk Opera House - our screening venue for the festival. Our guests loved it so we will probably rent it again in the coming years for JTIFF. Thank you for your hospitality!

The cabin is adorable, cozy, and gives the rustic, mountain feel. It is in walking distance to the lake and restaurants. Wildlife is plentiful, as the deer come frequently and look at you when you talk to them, and I even got to see one of the resident bears. The cabin is well stocked with kitchen wear, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee and coffee additives.. I would definitely stay again.

Great location in Jim Thorpe. Access to Lehigh Gorge State Park, right across street. Minutes away to the beautiful mountain town of Jim Thorpe. Quite a few eateries within walking distance. Butler's Guest House had plenty of room for two adults & two dogs. Kitchen had everything that was needed if you wanted to cook. Beds were comfortable. The bathroom was the size of a small bedroom (😃), plenty of room!! Loved our time here! Thanks, Lyle!!

Our group could not have been more impressed! This was one of our top experiences! Melissa was always very quick to answer questions. They have a FAQ video that was SUPER helpful. The house was perfect! The large dining table and chairs was one of the big selling points! You don't find many houses that can accommodate 17 people at one time. We loved their attention to detail by labeling where everything was in the kitchen! Even the bedrooms had name tags on them. They had QR codes you could scan in case you needed to know how to use the heating, ac, or hot tub. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious! They even included a laundry kit for us. The multiple decks allowed our large group to enjoy the back yard together. We spent hours in the game room. The kitchen included everything we needed! The 2 full size refrigerators was a big PLUS! The cost was VERY reasonable! They really seem to care about their guests and seem to have thought of everything! We will return!

Stayed at Alex and Sveta's place for a quick Valentines day getaway. Place was very clean upon arrival and decorated with the Valentines day decor from my add on. Instructions to get on property and in the home was clear and detailed ensuring a smooth check in. Property was a bit of a drive from food, groceries, etc. So that required some planning if we decided to go out. We wanted a secluded time away so it wasnt too much of hindrance for us. But, restaurants closed earlier than expected so keep that in mind if booking to plan ahead. Kitchen was well stocked which i LOVED. Sheets and bedding was clean. Loved our stay here. Would definitely recommend.

Our Memorial Day weekend getaway to Peter's cabin was nothing short of perfection. The home is extremely cozy, clean, and enjoyable, with ample activities to do both in and outside of the home. This home matches the photos perfectly; what you see in the listing is precisely what you get. Beyond owning an incredible property, it was evident just how sincerely Peter and his family care for this home; every detail down to the appliances, linens, supplies and instructions provided by this host are exemplary. I cannot recommend this peaceful, beautiful, and special home highly enough; far and away my best Airbnb experience so far. Thank you, Peter!

This is my third time at Carey’s place. It’s my go to place for peace and quiet and yet there is plenty to do if I want to. The home is always clean and neat. I feel so at home when I’m there. I love to sit on the back deck and read. Carey always responds quickly if I have any questions. I highly recommend staying there if you’ll be in that area. Thank you again for an amazing experience

We stayed at this property for a weekend getaway. We liked it.The house had everything we needed for our stay. Our dog loved the backyard. She wouldn’t come inside the house. I will recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a home away from home. We will definitely come back to this house whenever we are able to come back.

Thank you so much for sharing your home with us! We had a relaxing staycation, and even though it rained most of our trip, we were able to catch up on sleep in the comfy beds, and just relax and hang out in the space. Everything was clean and organized. The kitchen had everything you might need and more. The highlight of the house is definitely the fenced in yard! Our dog isn't a fan of other dogs, which makes it really difficult to find a good yard for him to run around in. This yard could not have been better. The fencing was super tall and secure, and was the only place we have ever felt safe letting him run around off leash. Definitely recommend staying here!

Overall Experience: Our stay at "Luxe Cabin" was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The apartment was exactly as described and even cozier than the photos suggested. Host Communication: Jason was an excellent host. Communication was prompt and clear from booking to check-out. He provided detailed check-in instructions and some local recommendations for coffee shops and restaurants. Cleanliness & Amenities: The place was spotless, and we appreciated the fresh linens and towels. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the Wi-Fi was fast . The comfortable bed ensured a great night's sleep. Location: The location was perfect for exploring. It was within driving distance to several tourist attractions. It felt vibrant but still quiet enough at night. Bonus: Deers everywhere, on the road and nearby Cabins. Additionally we had an experience to see Bear walking next to Cabin and Kids are very excited to see (from inside the Cabin).

The home was spotless and welcoming with personal touches throughout. Cynthia went out of her way to think about the little things you might need during your stay, providing them before being asked. There were a lot of games, instruments, and fun activities. The only downfall was the wet firewood, preventing us from having a campfire. Overall, a great stay!

This house was perfect for my family and my sister’s family for a weekend escape from the city. We had activities in the area every day and felt right at home in this house. The house is clean and well supplied. The hosts are very communicative and helpful. We felt relaxed and happy at the end of the weekend. Could not recommend more

As soon as I walked in it felt like a vibe. The beds are great sizes. The bathroom was easy to find. Any questions I had they answered in a reasonable time frame. That’s some place I would go back to
