Monthly Rentals in Lower North Shore

I stayed at Ying's place in March 2025. Ying was proactive in communication and sent through instructions that were very easy to follow in a timely manner. No complaints about the house - it is no luxury apartment but it has everything you need and is extremely close to public transport and shops. The bed was comfier than many Airbnb beds I've slept on, and the room was surprisingly quiet once you shut the balcony doors, despite facing a main road. Great value for money.

Lovely self contained airbnb very easy to get to and easy walk to the shops in a beautiful area.

The Stone cottage was wonderful. Very clean and had everything you would need in it. Also a short walk to several restaurants or a five minute car ride to the train that will have you downtown and in the center of the Sydney Harbor in 30 minutes. Mark was very accommodating and communicated with us early and often. I would recommend this as a stay for anybody.

This is an absolutely gorgeous and spacious unit and has everything any guest would ever need — amenities thoughtfully planned and placed, beautiful decor, I felt right at home. Sofia was a great host and responded very quickly to queries. It was also in a very convenient location - a short walk from all the amazing cafes and restaurants along Willoughby Rd and a short distance from Crows Nest metro station which is an easy distance to both Chatswood and the central areas.
