Beautiful house, very well equipped, very nicely furnished and decorated. We spent a great weekend with friends enjoying the house, terrace, garden, jacuzzi, as well as its pétanque court. Julien was very responsive and pleasant. Close to Etretat for great walks. I'll definitely be back!

Beautiful property with an incredible view. Lots to do for children both young and older and lots of space around the apartment. There is a lovely little village just over 20 minute walk with a bakery, pharmacy, bar and a couple of restaurants. Shops are 20 minute drive for a supermarket. The pictures do not do this property justice and the hosts are so accommodating and supportive when asking questions.

We had a great and relaxing week in a quiet area. The home is a gem. It's spacious, bright, cozy, and well-decorated. Everything is done to make your stay pleasant with in addition a swimming pool which we have been able to enjoy despite the negative temperatures outside. We'll be happy to go back.

we celebrated my mom's 80th birthday. as soon as we arrived, we felt "at home" by Philippe's warm welcome. The house is very spacious, very well-equipped and consistent with the photos. The children were able to enjoy the heated pool which is very nice. We had a lovely weekend at Villa Boubou and we will be happy to come back. thank you for your welcome Philippe and Karine moreover the house is really very close to the first beaches and especially that of Cabourg which we greatly appreciated

I had a fantastic stay. The accommodation was exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. From the moment I arrived, the owners made me feel right at home, with clear and friendly communication throughout my stay.

Cecile and Francis put the super in superhost. They are attentive, friendly and responsive with plenty of good tips about the local area. Their home is one of those where the photos don’t do it justice - this is actually better than it looks. Location couldn’t be any more ideal: literally on the beach, you just have to roll out of bed and you’ll be swimming in the Atlantic. The house has been beautifully renovated and it’s decorated with attention to detail, lots of character and Cecile’s art work adding an extra layer of charm. A great hideout to explore Bretagne or to simply slow down, enjoy the scenery, the beach and the picture perfect sunsets on this quiet corner of St. Malo, away from the crowds. It’s very difficult to think of something that could be better… impossible actually. Almost feels like a well kept secret that you want to keep to yourself.

Very nice and spacious house allowing to stay with an extended family (there were 11 of us) without any problems. Samuel was extremely flexible on check-in and check-out times. Samuel had delicate touches on the occasion of Christmas, which particularly touched us. Do it again during the summer season to enjoy the beautiful outdoor amenities!

We were delighted with our stay at Villa Berry . This house is very nice, beautiful decor, excellent bedding and easy to live in. Kitchen amenities and bathrooms are perfect for a large family . The concierge is friendly, conscientious and efficient and very easy to communicate with. The location is perfect between the sea and the quiet city center. We had a lovely stay at Marie-Christine's mansion. We enjoyed the space, the comfort of the rooms and common areas and the many amenities for both entertaining and cooking! Unfortunately, we were not able to enjoy the beautiful park because of the rather cold weather but it did not spoil our pleasure to meet as a family in this beautiful place. Damien is very friendly and available. The decor of the house is neat and the premises are clean. In Saint Pair for a weekend with the family, the house was perfect to gather and enjoy together. We would recommend it.

We had a very pleasant stay, Michael's residence is very well maintained and the location is perfect for quiet rest. Michael is a gracious host and very available when we needed him on site. The pool is spacious and very well maintained, the rooms are comfortable and clean, the same for common areas. We would definitely recommend staying at this place!

We had such a fun time with our family! It is a great location, a beautiful house and garden. The swimming pool is a bonus! We felt really welcome and enjoyed every minute of our stay. Upon our arrival Pascaline was already waiting for us and showed us round, gave instructions and lots of sightseeing tips. The communication before and during our holiday was very good. Had a wonderful holiday. The stay was as described. Plenty of space in the house. Garden was well private. Distances were shown correctly. Historic places closest and also the beaches are easy to ride. Had a wonderful time with our 3 teenagers.

We had a wonderful stay. The accommodation was very clean and well appointed with coffee, tea, and some basic spices for cooking. The host also provided some local juice and pastries. The pool was certainly the highlight and provided lots of fun on rainy afternoons. We would absolutely stay here again if we visit the area again.

Great address, the house and grounds are very nice. The many bedrooms accommodate large groups in comfort, and the kitchen allows and the living room make it easy to cook and dine with everyone. The many activities available are very friendly, everyone found something to take care of. Thibaud also remained available to answer our questions before and during our stay.

We were hosted very well by Christelle, her husband and daughter. The house was very good for us 4, the highlights being of course the outside. The garden is beautiful and very well maintained. There is a swimming pool and jacuzzi and a beautiful pond (grilled) with chickens, ducks and rabbits. The fresh eggs in the morning were a appreciated bonus. As for restaurants and bakeries I advise instead to go to Château-gontier (2M and Yohan & Pamela) or Laval (the taste buds effect) instead of Château-Gontier. The Robert Tatin Museum is well worth a visit too. We had a pleasant stay at Christelle's, thank you.
