Monthly Rentals in Lower Chanceford Township

This was a special trip. It was fun to stay in the old house. 4 spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds. Fully equipped kitchen and large sitting room. The fact that there was no TV was actually a plus and allowed us to actually sit and have some great conversations together in the sitting room. The choice of bathrooms was also interesting. You could use the new, modern bathroom on the first floor with a stand up shower or use the upstairs bath with a clawfoot tub and shower hookup. It is nestled comfortably on the main road in the middle of a large farming community. This was a real experience. If we get back near Aireville, we will definitely stay again.

The home itself was very lovely. The view was very pretty and the area was very quiet and peaceful. We loved getting back from anywhere we went, and occasionally when we would leave, getting to see and pet their cute dogs. Overall it was a great stay and not too far from home for a nice staycation.

Our stay at Joshua's place was wonderful. The place was clean and it was very peaceful. The beds were comfortable. Joshua was easy to contact and very responsive. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Joshua!

Peter's place was perfect! Everything was just like the pictures. It was very clean, towels and linens included. The beds were very comfortable. The off street parking spot was very close and really easy to get in and out with my truck. The Kuerig coffee machine worked perfectly. Self check in was very easy and convenient. The location was perfect for walking to all the area restaurants and attractions! I would definitely stay here again when I visit Lancaster! Thanks Peter!
