I’m really happy with the place, lots ot restaurants and convenience stores right inside the resort Security is a bit thigh, as a renter its was complicated to have guests coming and going You will need to get them approved before you arrive with a girl. Your contact needs to send emails to security and your guests need ID. Forget about this place if you’re thinking about bringing different girls it too complicated Also when time to leave i had problems with security to get checked out. You need to have a clearance paper from your contract saying the condo is in good condition I learned that at 5 am while my taxi was waiting for me But for the place and value i would totally recommend this place

Both Leeyan and Angela are responsibe hosts and easy to deal with. Instructions were clear. The place is what we really need, very minimalist but have everything we need. There's honest store that has basic necessities that mostly forgotten when doing groceries ☺️. Kudos to you all!

It was a great experience staying at Sir Randolf's place! Easy access to supermalls, groceries, market, and restaurants etc. and also the ride access are available if you want to go somewhere like Cavite, Makati, or Manila. I enjoyed staying here since all the amenities available for residents. I will definitely comeback next time! Thank you Sir Randolf!

I stayed here for a month and I definitely recommend the place especially for long stays. All appliances are working, the bed is comfortable, TV has netflix, internet is fast enough to work remotely, includes parking, and both host and caretaker are responsive and helpful. I was given free access to all ameneties since I stayed long, which I highly appreciate. Amenities are good, the building is clean, a lot of laundy shops and convenient stores within the area, plus security guards and other workers in the condo are nice too.
