Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. We created this space so that we can share it with you, to spend time in our homely designed rooms and enjoy the peace around nature in the large natural garden. There are 5 separate beds ( 1 double and 3 single) + a large sleeping Sofa in 2.5 seperate rooms. One room is 2 in one with a walk-through. We have a FULL KITCHEN with dining, microwave, fridge, dish washer &dishes etc. There is a grilling space outside if the weather is good.

The small room (1-2 pers. Bed 120 cm wide) offers the opportunity to spend a lot of time in nature. The adjoining garden with an area of 5000 m2 has special therapeutic energies that will put you in your balance. The forest, 80 m away, invites you to take walks and recharge your soul. You are welcome to use the hot tub (for a fee) seasonally. Especially ideal for all peace seekers. You will enjoy this tranquility.

Bed 2 in the dorm room at the Grand Ferdinand

You will be accommodated in the dormitory at the Grand Ferdinand and enjoy the amenities of the house. The access to the Grand Etage with rooftop pool is included, for a breathtaking view over Vienna. The city tax (3.2%) needs to be paid on-site. Diese Studios befinden sich in den ehemaligen Herrschaftsräumlichkeiten. Die teilweise historischen Räume in der Beletage sind höher als die normalen Studios und präsentieren sich mit hohen Doppelflügeltüren, Holztäfelungen, Parkettböden oder Stuckdecken.

Centrally located and surrounded by greenery. Garden with swimming pool and trampoline as well as the sauna area can be used by arrangement. The warm hostess Lisi lives on the second floor and shares a staircase with the residential unit for rent. The property is lovingly furnished with natural wood furniture. By arrangement, it is possible to use the garage parking space in the courtyard.
