We stayed during a snow storm to be close to our Mom during surgery. we needed a place with our fur babies. Carol's place was very cute, warm and cozy. it worked out perfectly for us! We are very thankful. ❤

For us, Geri's place was an experience stay. it is very remote in exceptionally beautiful country. We were in the area to visit a relative and enjoyed our stay. We did have a problem with the door lock in the evening which Geri promptly responded to and corrected. Overall our experience was good. The king size mattress was very comfortable, although it would benefit from some nicer bedding. For example, there was no mattress pad and one of the blankets was an old electric blanket (with no cord provided) which was scratchy/uncomfortable. We encountered a number of crickets and other bugs but this could be in part from the air conditioner units not being sealed around the edges. And it's a farm/rural area, so some bugs would be expected. I think groups of hunters might really enjoy this property. (We loved the remoteness and the cute kitty who hung around the house.) We went for a wedding, and their backyard is beautiful. The bridesmaids and the bride were able to get ready and take pictures in the backyard. Thank you very much. Very relaxed environment, my kids enjoyed the heated pool and their own space. There’s not a full kitchen, but a grill that we used as well.

We had a great time! Was a great place for kids to stay big backyard and also great for pets! If you are wanting a fun weekend stay in Kearney this is the place to stay. The instructions were clear and easy. The home provided everything needed for a fun, relaxing stay.

My family and I stayed here for a family wedding. The space was great. It was roomy so everyone could spread out and the bathroom was great to get ready in. The kitchen was big enough to make our reception meal in! The surrounding were beautiful and peaceful with a very short drive into town. It had a cute sea theme, and even had a very adorable fish tank in the living room!! We would definitely stay again!

This is our third time staying at this location and we are always very comfortable at the home. Very clean & lots of space. We appreciate a home that allows our dogs so much, and had a fenced in yard. FYI for those with smaller dogs, the fences panels on the paved part of the yard don’t go completely to ground level, so just be aware of this before letting them into the yard. We just made sure to always be in the yard with them, or on a leash. We’ve always stayed in the home around Christmas time so it would be nice to one day stay during the summer to be able to enjoy the pool! Thanks for the enjoyable stay once again.

Great place, great host! They just added another bedroom in the basement and it is a nice addition especially when we have bigger groups staying down there!

Great for our large family. Our children and grandchildren. We had ample room, private bedrooms for when grandchildren needed a nap.

Ericka was a great host, addressed a concern with the lock quickly! Very kind and accommodating throughout the whole booking and stay process! Very grateful she allowed me to host my family for a get together that was 5 years overdue! Highly recommend Ericka’s place! Looking forward to staying again!☺️

Marcia’s place was perfect for our BFF book-away weekend. A cozy place to curl up in comfy chairs, turn on the little fireplace and read most of the weekend. And she was so sweet to bring us some freshly made pastries, that were so delicious! The place was close to restaurants and it was a pretty quiet neighborhood. I would highly recommend this place if you need a quiet and cozy get away!

We've stayed here multiple times and always had a great experience! Marcie is great and the house is amazing! Can't wait to stay here again.
