Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Louisville

We had a great stay! Very large and confortable couch in the living room, lots of room in the upstairs bedroom, clean bathrooms with good showers! Easy to get to, check in was easy and great communication from Laura and Joseph, would definitely recommend if you are travelling with pets.

The home was spacious and everyone had a room which was nice. Really liked the large dining room and table for meals and socializing. My one regret was not taking advantage of the fabulous front porch or town as our schedule left very little time to do so. No shower upstairs was a minor inconvenience but it worked out. Planet Fitness was nearby which was convenient. Never had to contact the host as their welcome email and book onsite covered it all so well we didn’t need to.

This home has it all! Beautifully decorated, and super comfortable! Private, off-street parking - in a gorgeous backyard. Easy walk to Bardstown. Highly recommend & big thanks to Kristen for an amazing stay.

This location was perfect for visiting the local distillery's. The home as perfect and everything was thought of. Its such a nice touch to have coffee supplied and even shampoo, soap etc. The home was beautifully decorated and very cute. I am a real estate broker and stage homes so I am super picky but appreciated all the décor and amenities. If you are doing a bourbon trail with friends this is the place you need to stay. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay! It’s obvious that Donna cares about her space and her guests. It was exceptionally clean with many small touches like a welcome basket, recommendations, toiletries and extra blankets that made you feel at home. The beds were comfortable as well. Would absolutely stay again.

It’s JUST RIGHT for our week of stay at Louisville. Our first impression was comfortable and homey. We had a very rejuvenating rest the first night after a long late flight. Safe neighborhood for kids. Great location to restaurants, groceries, park, tourist attractions and downtown.

Cozy accommodations that we would reserve again!

Highly recommend!! Was in town for a show at the Mercury Ballroom and it was less than a 5 minute walk to the venue, 4th street, and a lot of restaurants downtown. Airbnb was very clean, felt safe, looked just like the pictures. Very quiet, did not hear the neighbors at all. This is right in downtown, but did not hear the traffic unless it was a loud vehicle. The bed was also very comfy. Parking garage was very convenient to get to and you can see your parking spot from the unit. Although getting in and out the garage in a Honda Civic was hard because of the tight corners. Longer vehicles like trucks and SUVs might have trouble, but just take it slow. Devin and his team was always nice, communicated very well, and gave detailed instructions. We didnt need anything from them, but always answered within minutes when we did message.

Overall it was a great stay. We had no issues at all. Came up for a volleyball tournament and were there for a short time.

I understand why previous reviews were from repeat stays! Matthew's place is in a perfect location for anything you want to do inside of Louisville. Great street parking and the space is so comfortable, tastefully designed and welcoming. The hosts have done a great job caring for the space.

Perfect little place quiet and Sarah is very accommodating

Enjoyed our stay at Dede’s. We came for the weekend to watch my niece play at the volleyball tournament and visit with our son that attends local college. The interior was as described. Bedroom bed was very comfortable. Appreciated the extra towels and linens. No issues with noise levels even with it being located in a busy area. The location was very accessible to many restaurants and shops. We walked across the street for an early lunch at Uptown and down to the Purrfect Day Cafe afterwards. (Recommend visiting both!) Thanks for the great hospitality!

Jaclyn’s lovely little apartment is the perfect place to stay in Louisville! The design of the space itself is divine, and the bed is SO comfortable. We loved how walkable everything was even in the late winter chill. Her recommendations for where to eat and what to do were a highlight and so helpful. We would stay again in a heartbeat! Thank you for the most lovely getaway!

This was a perfect spot for our stay. Plenty of restaurants and shops walking distance. It was convenient to have a nice laundry offering. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Beautiful space and welcoming host. It’s unique reuse of property, old charm with contemporary comfort and amenities. NuLu is a perfect neighborhood to experience Louisville and easy to connect to rest of the area. Have stayed here before and look forward to a future return.

Super clean, spacious condo- perfect for our group of 4! We came into town for the St. Patrick’s Day parade and Dierdre’s place was the PERFECT location- included a parking spot and we were able to walk to various restaurants, bars, etc. Flexible check in process and very responsive to messages! Would definitely stay here again!

Katie's condo was perfect for our annual trip to KY. The space was very accommodating and had everything we needed. The condo was conveniently located near a grocery store and restaurants. Katie was very friendly and gave us great local recommendations. I will certainly look to stay with Katie again next year.
