Monthly Rentals in Los Patos

Jefferson's home is fantastic. The view is great. Everything was very clean. I felt very safe. I would definitely stay there again. Keep in mind that Dominican Republic often has blackouts. Double check with Jefferson that the Inverter is working and that the hot water heater is working.

Our stay was great. We were close to the location that we wanted to visit and the house was comfortable and spotless. It’s a traditional Dominican modern country home for those wanting to experience how the locals live. Negro was responsive and able to address any questions that I had.

Beautiful apartment with all the items you need, be aware there are not a lot of restaurants night time. I definitely be back

I was warmly welcomed, a very nice family, it is a small quiet village, with two small shops, you can walk to Los Patos about 2 km or to the nearby beach, but there the waves are too high for me, if something in the house was not in order it was taken care of, the kitchenette is very sparsely furnished, more like a camping kitchen but for my needs it was enough. Otherwise, I had very relaxing days there.
