Great cabins, super comfortable and very pretty. We had an amazing time and loved the place. The only thing they could improve is the terrace next to the pool, which had some broken boards and peeled nails. But it was the only detail, the facilities are 10/10. Good beds, good pillows, good shower, excellent environment.

Our stay was great. The house is beautiful, and the surroundings are just stunning. We had an unobstructed view of the lake and the volcanoes. We had a minor inconvenience with the hot water, but it was quickly and diligently solved. We will definitely stay at Matias' place again.

The house is equal to the images, Victor a 10 as host, always attentive and very friendly, both his mother and father helped us with details in the house, they gave us data, they were always attentive.. we loved it. We had problems with the heater, but both Victor and his father were always helping us. While it is not an easy to access place as it is a fairly long stretch of land, it serves any type of vehicle to get there. There are warehouses nearby, which are small but have everything, the most important hot bread:)

We were allowed to spend 3 months in Gustavo's house and really felt at home. Gustavo is extremely reliable. Whether an empty gas bottle, missing firewood, etc. There was always an immediate response and solution. Communication and kindness was excellent. It is extremely important to him that you feel comfortable. The small shop El Clan also made us feel at home in a foreign place. Everything is perfect. Wide space, photos do not do judgment. Everything was perfect ,clean ( sheets , floor, kitchen , bathroom beds, etc.) very comfortable beds (which is very important).
