We had the best time at the apartment. Location is amazing, private, beach is right outside your doors, plenty of space. Activities within walking distance. Friendly staff and clean. Monica and Virgilio were there when we needed them. Would love to come back.

This apartment is excellent. It is spacious, comfortable with a very good location design, 200 m reais from the beach. The supermarket 10 minutes away makes it easy to stay as a family. The pool is great, too. Everything just like the photos. Great bedding and whitewasher. We really enjoyed this vacation.

The stay was very pleasant, the equipment of the house is quite accurate in the ad except for the grill that is not the one in the photo because the one there was quite old and used! The wifi was good and the pool and jacuzzi are also very good! There are several things that I did not like, having to continuously give explanations to the security guards to be able to access with friends or family, and if you do not notify them before 5 pm, no one can enter! The golf cart to move around the resort is not included in the price and if you do not have a vehicle it is quite necessary because the beach is about 20 minutes away on foot! You can't eat at the resorts unless you pay for a day pass that includes enjoying the resort and accessing the buffets, which, depending on the resort, can cost between 50 and 160 euros because there are several resorts within the complex. Having to pay for the electricity in the room didn't seem right to me either, but it's well explained in the ad.

Me and my boyfriend stayed at Pricillas apartment for 2 month during the winter 2016. The apartment is located in a very nice neigborhood and right by the beach. The apartment is wunderful, its very modern and has all the things you need for a long time stay. There is a big pool, gym and laudry room. Pricilla was an awesome host. She offerts to get us taxis, recomended restaurants and nightclubs. If we ever had any questions or such she helped us immidiatly. During our stay we mostly stayed in Punta cana so this was a perfect home away from home for us. We are looking forward to come back here one day in the future. We definately recomended it.

I never stayed at Diane's place personally as i booked the trip for my Mum and her friend. But i know they had a wonderful time in a lovely home and that Diane was a great host who made the trip more enjoyable and a lot easier. I would recommend that anyone choose this option when booking a trip to Punta Cana.

The host was very responsive and accommodating. If we had any minor issues they resolved them quickly. The location was good because you can easily walk to the grocery store coffee stand or the bus station. We could tell that the host takes pride in making their guests feel comfortable. Amazing stay, super quiet and completely safe. Cynthia's condo is big and comfortable and has everything you need. I stayed as a single woman and walked the whole neighborhood with zero problems. 10 - 15 minutes walk to main beach and restaurants. Excellent location and easy check in. Cynthia is the best! It feels like your own private resort!!

we loved our stay and Antonio was proactive the questions I asked, he answered me very quickly but we noticed in the kitchen and in the bedroom cameras. it's about unplugging them during your stay and reconnecting them when you leave it's no more serious, the pool right in front of us was accessible. always well maintained. we loved on the other hand beware of the neighbors thank you very much and see you next time

We loved the condo and Stanza Mare. Adriana was friendly and helpful. She responded quickly when we had a question. The pool and beach are fantastic! Restaurants are close by and very good.

Awesome place, Pat is a great host, good team, great Manager Greg. Driver was nice, picked us at the airport, even took us grocery shopping. Pat has a comprehensive hospitality package that was really helpful. Felt at home. Our group enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

the villa provided by Binca and managed by Veruska was beautiful to stay in for the week, inside the villa complex were nice and tidy roads and great views of the golf course and greenery in the area. Binca was very helpful in booking excursions at short notice and we had regular contact with the manager Veruska during our stay which was pleasant and relaxing throughout! really made it enjoyable in an unfamiliar location and with my group not being fluent in the local language, helped us avoid a lot of hassle with travel and places to visit.

The apartment is spacious, well-equipped and located. Photos are 100% representative. It is near the center, pools available in the complex, safe area in short it was perfect for a long stay. Mike was a great host, very nice and available.

Beautiful and peaceful residential complex. Very well maintained green areas. Spectacular and very quiet pool area. Suitable on first floor very easy to access, even for guests in wheelchair. Super clean, beautiful and modern decorated. Spacious kitchen. Comfortable rooms, spacious beds. AC working. From there you can safely walk to restaurants and shopping venues. A crystal clear water beach just 200 meters away. Assistant Bryan was spectacular and helpful. Highly recommended.
