Vacation rentals with a patio in Los Ayala

Shari’s place was very comfortable. Everything was as pictured and had all the amenities needed for your stay. The garden is really lovely and very relaxing. There’s a small table on the patio for morning coffee. The beach is not far to walk where there are restaurants and shopping. There is also a la comer an uber ride away. The neighborhood was friendly as was Shari’s little dog Lola! A great place for a short or a long stay!

Excellent place to stay, very safe for my son and me, Mery was aware of what we occupied, it is very easy access and is very close to the beach.

Cristian and Juan’s place was such a gem. It’s just far enough from town to feel peaceful and private, but still a 10-minute walk to all the action. The view of the jungle and mountains? Unreal. Perfect spot to nap or tan on the patio after the beach. The apartment was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The kitchen made it easy to whip up breakfast, and their tips for food spots, beaches, and things to do were on point. You can tell they genuinely care—everything felt thoughtful and welcoming. And their dog Panda? Total sweetheart. The hill it’s on gives an extra bit of calm and privacy, but something to note if mobility is an issue! It was perfect for us and added to the views. Safe, serene, and full of good energy. We’d stay again in a heartbeat. Cristian and Juan are truly lovely hosts.

This place has an amazing view from the room if you open all the blinds. It also has amazing views from the rooftop facing the sunset. The chairs outside with the tables was a really nice touch to have and use. My favorite part was the views from the room with all the mountains surrounding and one could also see the fireworks from the room. It is in a more local area so it’s quiet at night which is good. I do recommend the sushi place that is like 2 blocks down from here by the unidad deportiva. They also have great birria tacos and shrimp burritos in front of the sushi. At the unidad deportiva you can catch people playing soccer, volleyball, basketball, baseball and all sorts of things. The receptionist were always nice. The sofas could become beds if needed so if you have kids that could help. It was a great stay. Thank you.

Our stay was very pleasant, the place is very nice, TV screen in each room as well as a fully-equipped kitchen, a very nice place that really feels luxurious, a beautiful pool. In addition to an excellent location that allowed us to enjoy much of the rivera and Puerto Vallarta, without a doubt we will make it our frequent destination for vacation and we will return to Edgar's house who was always very attentive to us, he is a great guy!

Great apartment super close to fun restaurants and the Bucerias beach! The host was friendly and helpful.

An excellent place, very nice, private, it is ideal for resting, the other apartments were reserved by very quiet people. Having access to the restaurant of the place while you meet Bucerias helps you a lot! The apartment is super equipped, very comfortable and has everything you need to think about living there for an extended time. It is very close to the beach and close to supermarkets. They give you the best tips and recommendations of the place. Beach umbrellas, towels and chairs lend you to make your stay as easy as possible! We stay with our pet and an infant. Thank you Tom and Felipe for being great hosts !

As a fellow Airbnb host, I have to say Christian’s condo in PV exceeded all expectations. The place was spotless and beautifully designed, with an incredible open window wall that truly took my breath away. The rooftop pool and views are stunning, and the staff were always so friendly and helpful. The location is perfect—an easy walk to tons of activities, great restaurants, and the beach. Fast WiFi, a well-stocked kitchen, laundry—everything you could need for a comfortable stay is here. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

Great spot for the 8 of us to enjoy a girls long weekend, lots of bathrooms, room to spread out, perfect pool temperature. The location was full of interesting restaurants from tacos (Machuk2, Arturo) to wonderful ceviche (Tuna Azul). Host was flexible, friendly and responsive.

Everything was great. Will visit Vallarta again and would definitely book again.

We really liked this spot. The house was perfectly laid out for a family with two kids. The pool was great to cool off during the hot part of the day. Easy walk to town. Owners of the house upstairs were really nice and you really couldn't tell they were there. Definitely recommend this place.

very attentive and quick service

I have stayed in many airbnb’s. in the US, Mexico, Canada and Europe. Silaan’s was fabulous. Probably the best, ever. Beautifully decorated, excellent quality and had everything one could possibly want without having to bring with you, water bottles, great kitchen. beach chairs, speakers to hook up to your phone etc. The pictures posted on her site were acute and all in great working order. She has great taste. If I had any questions I immediately got a response and help if I needed it. My only word of caution is as much as the tub/shower is beautiful, if you have mobility issues it may be hard to get in and out. The pictures accurately show the tub so no suprises. She’s a wonderful host with a gorgeous private yard and I look forward to returning. I highly recommend it Thank you!

I absolutely loved my stay at this beautifully furnished condo in Puerto Vallarta. It’s perfectly located—just a short walk to the Malecón and beach, yet quiet and peaceful. The unit is spotless, stylish, and well-equipped, with a Murphy bed and a second full bathroom—great for sharing. The building’s amenities are amazing: a rooftop infinity pool with ocean views, a hot tub, fire pit, two-level gym, game room, and more. Check-in and out were smooth, thanks to the helpful property manager. Everything felt secure and well-maintained. This place exceeded my expectations—perfect for exploring PV or just relaxing. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

This bnb was amazing, the condo itself was beautiful and well kept. The pools were amazing and views breathtaking. You’re in walking distance of amazing restaurants or a short uber ride away from zona romántica. Communication was very quick and helpful Overall 10/10 I would stay again.

Everything is very nice, the apartment has an incredible view, the pools are temperate, the bathrooms are clean, family friendly, the complex has rules that keeps the place strict but that's why it stays impeccable! It's worth it if you go with your partner, family, children. Loved it !

The hosts are simply the best! We had fairly bad flight delays and they were so accommodating helping us through the very end! The unit is amazing with great design and style! We are fellow hosts so we deeply care and respect for people’s homes as if they are ours - and these hosts are no exception! The pool deck is one of the bests in PV, and great location overall. This was our first time in Puerto Vallarta and what a beautiful place to stay my wife felt in love with everything and my family and I felt at home everyone in harbor 171 was very friendly and nice the kitchen was very well equipped and everything was very clean

Brian was very understanding when our flights were cancelled due to weather and I’m extremely grateful that we were able rebook with new dates. His condo is located in the Rivera Molina building which, along with the address, made it easy for our taxi driver to find. The location was easily accessible by public buses as well. The space was perfect for two couples. It has private spaces as well as a kitchen and a comfortable living room and balcony area for relaxing. The location couldn’t be more convenient to restaurants and access to the Malecon. There’s a French patisserie just steps from the entrance where we treated ourselves to something scrumptious almost every day. There is also an OXXO and ATM just around the corner. We felt very safe and were greeted pleasantly by the front desk staff and other residents of the building. We enjoyed our stay in Vallarta and having this modern, pristine apartment to return to every night made our visit even more memorable.

We loved our stay at this Airbnb in Puerto Vallarta. The apartment is spotless, tastefully decorated, and fully equipped: modern kitchen with gas stove and oven, all the necessary utensils, quiet air conditioning, and a very comfortable layout. The balcony with its ocean view is simply spectacular—perfect for enjoying the sunrise or unwinding in the evening. The bedroom is spacious and cozy, with thoughtful touches that make you feel right at home. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and in a great location near the beach, restaurants, and shops. We absolutely recommend it and hope to return soon!
