The apartment is well screened for noise and car traffic. Balcony of 8m² with great view of Kulturhuset and inner atrium. Elevator directly down to the center where free parking is also included in the secluded parking lot. 2 min walking distance to bus terminal. 19 min to Oslo with bus no. 300. 12 mins by car
