Spacious muted living room, 2 bedrooms, bath, etc. Come in, cook a good dinner and relax in the living room with a great movie with a top-notch cinema. If you come by car you can park in the garage and go straight into the elevator that takes you to the top floor If you need to charge your car, just plug in. Hosts this great apartment when we are not using it ourselves. Up to 4 people( more if desired). Short way to the subway that takes you to the city center under 20 min. Short distance to Lørenskog center, Triaden center and Strømmen center. Convenience stores such as Joker, Kiwi and Rema 1000, Esso gas station and Pharmacy. A great hiking area Mariholtet a look away, here you can go skiing. The Alpine Center Snø is 5 min away. Lots of fun and a great area with lots of coziness and coziness for you and your family.

Cozy modern fully equipped 37 m2 apartment.

Located in a very quiet and safe residential area. Close to 4 huge shopping malls and Fjellhamar train station to Oslo. Towels and bed linens are new. The sofa and 55 inch 4K TV, also new. There is underfloor heating throughout the apartment. The ceiling is made of concrete and covered with a double layer of plaster. Thus, very little noise from above. The apartment has an active ventilation system with incoming air to the bedroom and living room and outgoing air from the bathroom and kitchen.
